Came through with my two kiddos. One of them is a newborn. Came in to get Similac baby formula and had to wait for someone to unlock the glass, then they force you to go to customer service to purchase it if you aren't done shopping. I explained that I was only there for the formula and needed to go to a doctor appointment asap for the kids. This was my last errand before the doctors while mom was at home recovering. Kristi was the employee who got the formula explaining if self checkout was not busy she could do it. Then even though both lines had plenty of open registers she refused. Made me walk around to the other side of store and wait in customer service because she said she could see there was no line. There was one open register and a big line. A manager eventually came to use the second register to help me because the customer service rep was doing her best. Kristi was the only one who was intentionally lazy and unhelpful.

Customer service was less than satisfactory. Agent could care less -visible in her attitude, body language and demeanor. After taking 20 minutes to meander to the necessary individual to "view video if my purchase" she told me "too bad" and proceeded to just stand there blank faced. It greatly appeared she didn't care and really was not interested in helping. Very poor customer service.

I did a pick up order and majority of my order was not bagged. Only detergent and seasoning was bagged, and bagged together which does not make much sense. I did call and report the issue, so hopefully this can be a coaching moment for the young lady who picked my order.

Just went this afternoon and as usual I spend to much, my bad. But as I'm sitting at home looking at my receipt, I noticed I got charged twice for one item and also paid for another item of which I didn't receive, NOTE TO SELF,, ALWAYS CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE LEAVING, If I ever come back. 😒😡😡

I asked a simple question at the customer service desk, and instead of politely letting me know they couldn’t help, they raised their voices, making me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. I left in tears, especially since online support had directed me there in the first place. Very disappointing experience
