Looking at all these reviews is funny. My recommendation is for people to download the app to put in your refills. I went in the other day and their was only 1 tech and 1 pharmacist working. Looks to me they do not have any employees to answer the phone. Not really their fault.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. I'm waiting on my 3 prescriptions. For 3 days with no reason why. Called 5 times. Waited 2 hours on hold. They would pick up and immediately put me back on hold. Everyone gets busy, but not answering calls is ridiculous. The store manager said they just aren't picking up.

This Walgreens pharmacy is one of the worst I’ve had to deal with. On average I’m on hold for at least 15 minutes. I hear the phone get picked up and put back on hold and then eventually I just get disconnected and have to call back just to go through the same thing again. I recently had to pay out of pocket for a prescription and asked if I could use good rx for payment. I was told I could not because I already had insurance. I later found out from a different pharmacy that I could use good rx for payment. Also from the actual commercial that good rx puts out says I can use it with insurance. I will not be using this pharmacy from now on and do not recommend using this location for medication needs. The mental healthcare system is frustrating enough to deal with. It’s even more frustrating dealing with an incompetent pharmacy with poor customer service.

Worst customer experience I have ever had at a Walgreens and they are my go to. Do not order or buy from this location. The location on Waddell is much more helpful.

Pharmacy here is worthless. All the bad reviews are correct. Watching them move is like watching an episode of The Walking Dead. Slow with no personality. Who actually manages this pharmacy???

I've been trying to get a prescription copper for 6 days. The pharmacy tells me they get too many faces & the faxes get lost!! LOST!!! I think they put the faces in a pile then at the end of the day they just shredd them. Worst pharmacy in the world. Don't go the

I have been to this location in person a few times. There is a closer location to my home that I frequent most of the time. I scheduled a vaccination here when I was pregnant because they had the brand I was looking for. The entire experience with both vaccinations was very good. Both people administering the shots were friendly and professional. From this perspective it's a great location to visit. I placed an online order for pick up there last night (while they were still open). I got a message it was delayed and not picked last night. Today they have been open for 3.5 hours and still have not touched my order. The order is for 3 items. The app says in as little as 30 minutes. Don't believe the hype. You'd be better off going to the store. Customer service says it's a normal thing. I canceled the order because the whole point was saving the money on the item I wanted and saving my time by not going to multiple stores to find it. I placed an online order at my normal store and it wasn't in stock even though it was listed as available when I placed the order- that store btw had my order in about 45 minutes just not the item the app said they had. I'm not sure if that will happen again since anyone could shop it while they aren't picking it up for me. So I'm not going to wait. I saw at at CVS for $7 more and not on sale but it was in stock so I will go there. So in review the pharmacy and vaccinations were great here. The accuracy of in stock items on the app and the quoted times for a store pick up are not.

I was dealing with insurance issues, another pharmacy, and my childs provider, who werent coming through/communicating correctly. Courtney (pharmacy tech) was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in an almost emergent situation. She got my son what he needed. Hopefully this kudos gets passed on to her supervisor. Thank you so much!

I went to this location for the first time on Friday August 18th @ 11am. Once walked in automatically noticed it's a older store due to the setup & the flooring. After I selected my items; took them to the register & $2 coupon printed off after my purchase. I decided to use my coupon right away but also noticed when they printed out my coupon it was extremely faded. The cashier could not scan the coupon & called the manager over. Once the manager came over due to their bad printer's in their stores; she could not read any numbers & the barcode could not scan either so she could only add $2 rewards to my Walgreens account. I was a little annoyed because I could not get my item for free or less & had to pay out of pocket. This location definitely need updates & the store needs remodeling. The manager also said multiple requests were put in for their printer systems & nothing has been done.

Lisa who works with the pharmacy dept is horrible. I called in to change my prescription From a 90day to 30day since it was too expensive and she gave attitude from beginning to the end of the call. I can’t wait to change pharmacy next full date. I will never return after this fill.
