They are out of Suboxone every single time I'm supposed to get my prescription. It doesn't matter what day of the week it is, they're always "out of stock and will have it in a few days". You would think that they would just order more than usual... Suboxone can have severe withdrawal symptoms similar to, if not worse than, heroin. And the staff couldn't care less.
Not to mention I sat there in the drive through line forever and there was only three people ahead of me. Came back when she said that they would have it, sat in drive through line, and again "out of stock". Unbelievable...
If you are on meds that have withdrawal symptoms if not taken, don't go to this Walgreens pharmacy.

Prescription delays because of their management (out of stock ect.), super rude customer care. Lines wait of 45 min every time I've been there. They've taken my ID and then closed the window for their "break" . This is the worst Walgreens out of 6 states and multiple locations. Also they ask you why your at the drive through ...prescriptions why else? They're mannerism is totally off either on the phone, in line inside,or drive through. Since posting this they've canceled my prescription, then filled them again which used both refills and now I have zero refills . This is vindictive

Pharmacy staff are very rude and slow to help, rx stock is limited. I recently called for a rx refill and they were out of stock for the third month in a row. I called two other Walgreens pharmacies, one was also out but the other had it. I was pleasantly surprised by the employees at the other two stores though. Both were very pleasant and helpful. We will be transferring our prescriptions.

Worst Walgreens for medications. They are unorganized, understaffed and the pharmacy section should be at least twice the size of the current design.
The planners for this Walgreens didn’t think or plan for the older population that surrounds this store.

Please if you're going to hire someone on the register make sure they know how to use the register, the guy seemed nice but I had to spend cash I wasn't supposed to because he didn't know how to enter the amount on my card.. I'm a single mom it was just inconvenient.

Incompetency in the drive thru. I have literally been sitting here for 20 minutes to move up one spot and I can’t leave because I am blocked in. This staff must be all the new hires . And if you go in the same thing you stand and wait . I think they need to take a look at their staffing numbers.

The worst Walgreens I've ever been to. The pharmacy needs serious help. I waited 48 mins in the drive through to pick up two prescription there was only 3 cars in front of me. Absolutely ridiculous. The only reason I come to Walgreens is because insurance won't let me go anywhere else.

Went for passport photos and after coming back three times over a two hour period, they were finally ready to pick up. Went to passport appointment a few days later and photo was declined for being too dark and off center… had to rush to the closest location that could provide photos (CVS ) to get a new photo. Luckily their photo was perfect and ready within five minutes.. save yourself the headaches at the passport office and just go to CVS for photo needs. What a waste of $20 and two hours!!!

Just picked up my 4x6 photos that I ordered online and they are awful. The pictures are so dark they are unusable. Heads and sides are cut off. I will never get photos printed there ever again. Waste of money.

Your phone answering service is bad, like terrible. A lady couldn't answer my questions (why did she even answer my call?). I was transferred a few times and left on hold for 20 minutes. I'm going with Walmart Pharmacy instead.

Horribly slow customer service in pharmacy. Made an appointment for a vaccine and sat and waited while we watched the pharmacist give vaccines and then go back to filling RX between appointments. We arrived 10 minutes before our appointment and waited over 30 minutes past our appointment time. Totally ignored us even though we checked in and filled out the paperwork. Every person there for a vaccine had to wait past their appointment time. They need to do better if they make you have an appointment.

Here is the backstory.I hit urgent care, got 2 rx they electronically sent them to Walgreens Bell/Reems.I go home wait about 90 minutes then go to Walgreens Bell/Reems and they are closed due to IT problems.Fine.I drive to Walgreens Parkview/Grand, they can only see 1 Rx so they recommend I go back to urgent care & get paper rx.Fine.I go to Urgent Care pick up (2) paper Rx. I figure based on proximity to the bell/reems location that the Parkview/Grand location is probably overwhelmed. I drive 2 miles further and go to Bell/cotton Lane.I use the drive thru explain I need to pick up the 90 tablet Allegra and 2 Rx. I toss in, I bet you guys are busy with the Bell/Reems location closed. (I Probably shouldn't have offered that) she asks is that where I usually pick up? Yes, it is. She replies, you have to come in the store to get the OTC item - we don't do that at drive thru. She then continued with; you have to pay cash for your rx and hands me the Rx papers back through the slot. I ask her, "why?" She says yes, we don't have your information here so you have to wait for that location or pay cash here. I probably look at her like she has horns growing out of her head but I soldier on. "I'm sorry, I don't understand the problem. You are a Walgreens and I am a person with 2 Rx to fill" I hand them back to her through the slot. She glances at them & pushes them back to me stating, 'we would have to type them up - they aren't in the system". I say, "I don't understand the problem". She says, " We have to type them up and you aren't in the system so you have to pay cash". I tell her fine & hand her the 2 Rxs - worst case scenario I will get reimbursement from my insurance. I am getting drugs today. I go around and park & walk to the pharmacy counter. I get a lovely lady at the pharmacy cash register & quietly explain what just happened at drive thru. she softly apologizes for it and I get the impression she is aware of this problem. She asks for my ID, Ins. docs & updates the system to my current ins. She explains 1 of the drugs is $78. I ask her about the good rx type stuff. she grabs a Marketing card & explains to scan the code, go to the link, type in the Rx name. She further explains the cell connection in the building is bad so I might want to go back to my card. (This is true). She writes down the Rx name as they now have the scripts so I can type it into the search window. She is very helpful and I head out to the car to wait. They said it would be 30 minutes. I am 5 miles from home, it's less than 100 degrees. I will just chill in the car. It is silly to drive 12-15 minutes home and then repeat it 5 minutes later - plus I don't feel good. That's is why I went to urgent care. She said 30 minutes and it would be ready and they would text me, verified my phone number. All good. At 55 minutes, I pop back into the drive thru line. I figure they are probably a bit overwhelmed with the other location closed so I'm still pretty chill. I should have drugs soon. Seriously, I have a note from the doc that I don't have to work today. Life is good, I'm using Sick Time that I seldom tap into. My turn comes up and I tell her I have an coupon from Inside RX on my phone to save money on the expensive Rx. She says she needs my phone. I hand it to her through the slot. She holds onto the phone does some poking at the computer and walks away..... she comes back and pokes at the computer looking at my phone again. She walks away. I adjust the parking of my car so I can exit my vehicle and assess where my phone is going. I'm happy to see it is still sitting at her workstation and just dinged with a text from walgreens that my Rx is ready. A couple more journeys back & forth (fortunately my phone stayed where I could see it) & she finally has the order tallyed up.There was a tall guy that popped in/out periodically to help. He never acknowledged any patrons. There was 1 wom

If I could leave a zero, I'd surely do it. Staff sucks. Rude, arrogant, nasty bunch of clueless women, who think you owe them. How in the hell does management not see this... yuck, pull your heads out !!!Pharmacist was the only bright spot. I'd fire everyone of them in a heartbeat. I sure as hell won't be back.
