I have been going to this pharmacy for years. They try their hardest to help you if something isn't in stock there or if I have an emergency prescription for my one year old. The people at the front counter and photo are friendly and helpful also. The pharmacy has come a long way over the years. I left a lackluster review 6 years ago. The effort is there and most days you get great service there. They normally have what I need in stock and have consistently good customer service.

I will never be visiting this Walgreens again after today.. it's sad that the cosmetics counter lady can 'greet' everyone else coming in the store but not a word to me and I said good morning as I walked in the store... I'm don't with ride behavior towards me and my $$$, same with the cashier lady who's never been nice when I come in. I've lived here since 2017 in surprise farms and loved Walgreens since living in Chicago. I'm now a CVS employee so I'll just shop over on cotton and greenway Too bad people of color don't receive the same level of courtesy when I just spent $100 on gift cards for my grandkids!

The front service is great so that is why I'm giving it a two star. However, the back pharmacy? Terrible. Anytime I call, I am always hung up on AFTER waiting 25+ minutes to speak to someone. They pick up and hang right up. I understand you're busy but why hang up? The lines are insane. Which hey, that's understandable but the pharmacist is constantly rude and demeaning to people. Great customer service

This is the worst pharmacy in Surprise. They are Slow. Drop automatic refills, staff are rude. They never answer the phone. Always late to open after their lunch break.

Worst pharmacy ever. The main Pharmacist is never there to work normal operating hours. They close early all the time because there is no pharmacist on duty, you cant go by their regular hours online. The pharmacy techs always have a rude attitude and not willing to help. Today i just got out of surgery and we called ahead to make sure my pain meds would be available before they take a lunch break and they said yes. We drove 30 min and got there before lunch break and then they didn't have them ready and refused to fill them before lunch break. We left and 2 min later we get a text they are ready but have to wait an hour for lunch break to pick them up. Ive used this pharmacy for 12 years and ive had enough, switching everything to Safeway on Bell across the street as they ALWAYS go the extra mile and have my meds ready on time every time. They are also EXTREMELY nice. Walgreens has became the worst pharmacy out there and they could care less about your health.

Walgreens has been my pharmacy for a long time but lately with pharmacy closures with no notice and 2-3 days before a prescription can be filled has made me switch to another pharmacy. It is not the employees there. I can see they are under trememdous stress and are totally overwhelmed. It is management/ corporate that is the problem. You need to took a hard look at what you are doing to your employees and your customers.

Something very wrong at this location and possibly Walgreens overall. Customer service steadily declining and frustration and lame excuses stacking up. Update. Now use Walgreens down the street at Reams. No problems.

Not sure what the problem is but I can't seem to get my prescriptions on time. Or I don't get notified that they are ready or for some reason it cant get filled for x,y or z reason. It has just been a bad experience lately. I switched to a different pharmacy and I suggest you do the same.

By far the worst pharmacy I've ever used. They are extremely slow. I know, it's a pharmacy. They're all slow. But this one is on a whole other level. Good luck trying to call and speak to anyone. They also move at a snails pace for phone customers. Your lucky to reach someone in under 30 minutes. They are also rude. This pharmacy is 2 blocks away from my home but sadly I can't force myself to use them anymore. They need to fire everyone and start over.

Three times in the past two months I've gotten messages to pick up prescriptions only to arrive and find the pharmacy is closed as they have no pharmacist. They don't answer the phone - on hold for hours AND they run out of meds that are refills and you have to wait for a week or more. I went in last Friday for a meeting they could only fill half of two weeks ago and they went on and on about how they were 200 prescriptions behind and I'd get a call later that day/ it's three days later and I'm still waiting. This place used to be very good.. but what happened?? Poor service

I received an email that a prescription was too early to refill. The next day I'm notified that it has been refilled and insurance doesn't cover it because it is too early. I tried calling, but was disconnected after being on hold 15 minutes. Sunday I waited in the drive though 30 minutes to pick up other prescriptions. Worst customer service ever.

If it wasn't for the fact that this location is close to my house, I wouldn't buy anything here. Although my desire for convenience is quickly being eclipsed by my frustration over the horrible customer service experience. The pharmacy staff is unpleasant at best and downright surly on other occasions. Pretty sure I'm moving to CVS.

I am so happy to find the store conveniently located near my new home. The pharmacy crew has been great about helping me with moving Rxs from other locations. The two lane Pharmacy drive through moves quickly unless people are getting Covid-19 tests in the inside lane. I haven't done much general shopping so can't speak to the checkout staff. The store is clean and I have observed the pharmacy team working politely with other customers.
