They never have proper inventory.
They never have an appropriate number of staff.
Awful phone service, see above.
Sure, they are nice. But nice doesn't get your medicine.
I wait an average of 1-2 weeks each time I go to fill a prescription here due to stock. It is literally a new adventure of awful each month. That is if I get through to them. My doctors only have an issue at this specific place, no others, and it is a common occurrence they state.
Always a wait, always on hold. Always a line at drive-thru. Always a line in store. Wait on hold for 15 minutes only for them to pick up and put you right back on hold music without saying a word to you. Just pick up, click, back on hold. Sometimes you will get a message that states you have a hold time of 20+ minutes. That translates to about an hour if they do pick up and do not just disconnect you.
Once they had a sign on window that they were closed cause they didn't have a pharmacist on site. I have never been upset with them or impatient but eventually it wears thin.
Out of the 3 Walgreens in the area, this is the only one with an abundance of issues. Even the CVS and WalMart pharmacies nearby do not have these problems when I pick up for other family members.
Hire proper staff if needed. Or source the controlled medications to another place nearby who can handle inventory control properly. Been on this medication for over a decade, and never have had such a wrestling match trying to get it filled until I started going to this place.
Get it together.

Every experience I've had here has been terrible. After surgery my prescription was sent to this pharmacy. They filled the prescription but didn't bother to call and let me know. Pretty sure they were trying to SCAM me as well by charging me for certain medications that were free at the new location I had my prescription sent to.

They don't know what they are doing. The staff is friendly but they've called me several times telling me my prescription is ready, and I go there, and its not. They Drive-thru isn't really a drive-thru, they always have me go inside anyway. On other occasions, my doctors have to send them my prescriptions multiple times. Recently, my doctor sent them a prescription, I waited a week for a call for them to tell me it was ready. Finally i got a hold of someone on the phone and they said they got the order, it just wasn't ready. The person on the phone was just as confused as I was because she looked and nothing was wrong with the order, they just didn't fill it.

Came in to pick up photod that were ready. Waited in line for long time. Another lady behind me waiting. I only saw one cashier with 7 people waiting in line. Finally i saw another employee come out to go help out at front Cashier but no one came to photo area. This is ridiculous. How hard is it to get help? No one pays attention to customers anymore?!Finally guy came up. He was not friendly, hardly engaged. Did not have smile on his face. Did not apologize for the wait - nothing. Nothing welcoming about this location at all. Dissapointing to see the work ethic of people these days.

Busy Busy. Definitely too busy to have one cashier with an insane line waiting to check out mid afternoon. Store parking lot is chaotic as well on a busy corner and so many people rushing to best traffic so pay attention. Store clean and organized, but service slow and in need of help.

Honestly while the pharmacy staff is generally very friendly the overall experience is horrible. On multiple days the pharmacy has been closed without any warning, they regularly mess up insurance information and refuse to fill my prescription until I call them to remind them that I use GoodRX for prescriptions not covered by my insurance. Every shingle time I submit a refill I have to do this and most of the time I have to wait on hold north of 30 minutes. Today their computers and phones are down and apparently they have no contingency plan to handle this situation. This means I regularly can't get my vital medications in a timely manner. I've even requested the medication to be delivered and they forget to send it out once filled unless I call and remind them. I don't know if it's the staff's fault or more likely it's Walgreen's fault but I don't appreciate my (and others) health and safety being jeopardized by not being able to get our medication in a timely manner.

They keep losing my prescriptions AFTER sending me a message that they are ready, they wont answer the phone. Today I called about another issue and was put on hold for over twenty minutes. They kept picking up the line and immediately placing me back on hold. Eventually they picked up again and immediately hung up. I am now on my 3rd attempt to reach them and I have been on hold over 10 minutes. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

No one answers the phone. Hold times are insane and was hung up on after waiting forever. It also doesn’t help when the meds you need are not in stock. Glad I don’t need this pharmacy very often

Photo Department does not have sizes listed on order: when picking up (very expensive) order and you point out this isn't what you ordered the response included while I stood there in shock... "I don't personally care" "You can just cut them" "It's not my fault we don't have that equipment" "You can complain to corporate" "My managers on hold with corporate cause our system is down anyway" "Be lucky other stores have had to just close" In short just order through a print shop!

This pharmacy was great. They went out of their way to make sure we could get my son his medicine transferred over and filled before they closed. This will be my pharmacy from now on. I appreciate their kindness and concern.
