The Pharmacist lacks compassion, doesn’t seem to be good with people, and it makes me feel bad for the techs working with him. I understand following protocols, trust me, but think of what the people may be feeling in that lobby. Do better.

Dont use this Walgreen's Pharmacy. Expect long waits. Expect your time to be wasted regardless of vehicle, phone, or in-person. There is always some issue that waste your time. Folks, I'll update this review if a real Leader takes action or responds but based on the disfunction I doubt that will happen. CVS just earned a new customer base in Phx.

I have had constant problems at this pharmacy one time I was not asked my birthday, getting denied my medication cause their system is down, my medications were transferred out when not requested for, another "we are understaffed", being placed on hold for long times, being hung up on. Floating pharmacist talking above customers. I have worked pharmacy for over 18 years and these are the things I would not do, knowing now they are understaffed and underpaid they need to be out of business, it's annoying. All these problems are not from an insurance denial or medication being over priced its about the service. I know This review won't mean much because they really don't care, and they will talk down on their patients .....we are just dollar signs. The few good ones who do work there you need to look for a different company, my goodness, because starting at 13/ hr hour as technician, y'all could be making well over 20/hr. It won't matter if I said I'm a cancer patient or if I was taking my medication to a different pharmacy they don't give two shits.

Photo Department does not have control of size: when picking up (very expensive) order and you point out this isn't what you ordered, that they have cut off majority of needed portion of image they verify it's visible in proof but are unable to produce order... In short just order through a print shop!

This location is one block away from another location by our home. This one has a medical office now built into it. When you walk in the front door you can chose left for medical or right to Walgreens for pharmaceutical. What will they think of next. Pretty smart idea. I love that it is new, bright, and clean. It seems larger than others, but is less busy for some reason. Employees here are super nice.

Decent size Walgreens. The layout through me off for a minute because it's pretty different than one I'm typically at, but signage made it pretty easy to find what I needed. The store was organized and our cashier was nice. Other than that there's nothing that really stands out from any other location.

We scheduled a COVID Rapid test at this site. It stated that we must arrive at the drive through at least 5 minutes prior to the appointment. We waited in line at the drive through 8 minutes before our scheduled time and it took nearly 15 for us to reach the window. They stated they were behind and refused to take our test despite the fact that we were in line prior to our appointment. Why would they refuse us when they took so long to provide service the customers before us? Horrible customer service.
