Not welcoming! I walked in with my daughter. She needed a repair and I needed glasses. While browsing all of the glasses were filthy! Fingerprints all over ALL OF THEM! I walked right back out! To Target I go where they are happy to see you!

Sadly very inflexible and just don't seem to be able to listen to customers. This place doesn't want your business. Go somewhere where the doctors and staff care.

My experience was pleasant, and the staff was very professional and kind. They had a lot of frames to pick from at good prices. It was easy to get an appointment and I look forward to having my eyes rechecked in a year.

I’ve been going to Visionworks for years, through the span of different jobs and different insurances. I’ve literally never had a problem and everyone is always nice.

Visionworks Surprise Marketplace was very accommodating in setting up appointments for three of us all within 15 minutes of each other. We were able to carpool and we all finished within minutes of each other with very little wait time. Everyone was friendly, caring, and helpful. I chose to return to Visionworks because of my previous good experience. The technology is interesting and up to date. Exam and lense prices were reasonable. I opted to reuse my 18 month old frames because there wasn’t anything else on display that I liked as well. The other two in our group needed new frames and settled for frames that are nice but not exactly what they were hoping to find. In general, frames are expensive everywhere, and Visionworks has an excellent range of prices. We just didn’t fall in love with the styles currently on display. I would recommend Visionworks because of their friendly professionalism and competitive pricing.

Great staff! 5 stars if my glasses would’ve been created correctly and if my glasses came with a cleaning cloth (I think you were out of them???). Also, I guess anti-glare should just be added by default because without it at night is very dangerous (maybe sell it that way IDK). Just waiting on the fix - I really wanted my glasses for the Holidays…

0 stars really. Scheduled an appt and was seen an hour after my scheduled time. Seemed like the doctor gave a basic prescription bc I had voiced I've been here far too long as I too have a job to get to. They also did not provide my PD but wanted to give me an "average" or to come back as if I didn't already waste my entire morning there. Absolutely will not be going back to this location.

I want to edit my previous review, I was called back by the manager a couple days after I sent the email and was willing to do the exchange for me. She was very kind and helpful as I went in. Got my new glasses about 2 weeks later and love them, thank you!I purchased contacts and 2 pairs of glasses at this location. One of the workers contacted me to let me know that my contacts had arrived. I then told her that one of my glasses, I didnt like after all and if I could exchange them. I also asked how long I had to take them in. She told me it was fine and I had 1 year. I went in 4 months later since she said I had a year, and the woman in the front was very rude and told me that I was to late for an exchange. After I had told her what I was told over the phone, she said she couldn't do anything about that and would have her manager who was on vacation call me. No one has called me and its been 2 weeks since I went in.

Rude unresponsive on 3 different visits! No return calls from managers! 2 weeks for glasses turned into 4 with no explanation or an apologies VSP had to get involved to get glasses. Sun glass coating peeled off! Just bad all the way around!

Yesterday I had an eye exam and ordered new glasses. Today I got a text saying I have an appointment for Monday, Dec 2 at 9:45. There is no Mon. the 2nd, nor do I have an appt. Forget phoning! "Amelia" cannot take care of anything relating to customer concerns or questions. You will be losing business if people have to deal with a robot every time they call Had the same problem at another location that I was referred to because I have to have an additional eye test that your office can't provide. Because of "Amelia" I had to drive 19 miles just to to get scheduled with the same doctor.

**updated***While I still can't recommend interacting with GM Maggie and will not be returning to this location, I am happy to report a Visionworks representative reached out to me to initiate resolution, replacing the damaged lenses swiftly (through the Prasada location,) apologizing for my poor experience and demonstrating excellent professionalism and customer careCame in for a simple adjustment on my frames and the employee damaged the lenses so glasses are unusable. No apology or compassion for what it might do to someone glasses-dependant to not be able to see from the GM Maggie or employee who damaged the lenses (which for me is drive, work, and basically everything.) Lots of defensiveness and rudeness and not our problem attitude. GM implied that I had damaged the lenses which just added insult to injury. Wouldn't even tell me who I could talk to to get resolution for THEIR mistake just "Google corporate." Needless to say, I'll be moving my family's business elsewhere in hopes of better service if I can't even get a simple adjustment!

We're currently sitting at one of the tables on a Tuesday morning. There are 2 people working and 4 people ahead of us. We've been waiting an hour. They purposely do not hand your rx to you when you get your exam so that you can't leave. More people are coming and there's no sense of urgency with the staff. If you come here, be prepared to wait several hours.
