BEWARE Third party Verizon store! Also beware of their outrageous billing. Autopay is predatory and "cash" up front for bill pay is penalized for extra $30+. Verizon is turning into a predatory company with lack of customer service. They always only have one person working. "Great management," said no one.

If we could give negative stars we would. Do not deal with Donny at this store. He either is a good lier or does not know how Verizons promotions work. We were told we would get visa gift cards for each phone line transferred. After several calls regarding when we would receive these cards. He finally told us we did not sign up for the right plan. He sold us on these plans and told us he could get us a great deal with the promotion.Then found out they weren't visa gift cards they were Verizon credits. We never received either.He lied to us, not once but twice, even after we brought him more business. We had been a customer of Verizon for over 20 years.

Excellent customer service from Christine. My daughter was having issues with her phone and although we weren't able to fix it she hooked us up with a new one and made it fun! Got us a better plan and our bill stayed the same. It’s so nice to see there is still amazing customer service out there. Keep it up! Highly recommend!!!

Chris from the store in Surprise off of Waddell was awesome, talk about patience! I was transferring my number from a previous carrier and it was a task that included a lot of time of the phone, plus other little issues popped up that required even more time on the phone. Chris has wonderful customer service on the phone, he was professional and kind. He was also very good with my 4 year old who was restless. I was really impressed!

I despise the process of getting a new phone for several reasons, mostly because I always walked away feeling dazed and confused. Then the Verizon bill would come in and it was a complete guessing game to try to figure out the charges that changed. I feel Verizon has excellent cell service but contacting their customer service is a fruitless, hours long process that I avoid like the plague.
My experience with Santi at the Surprise Store was most pleasant! He answered all my questions, he never once made me feel intimated and I walked away with an itemized listing of what my next bill will include. I also had been wanting to upgrade my iPad to one with cellular service. Santi told me about a great promo that Verizon was doing with iPads and the smartwatch. I ended up buying both! I am happy with my purchases AND I am not stressing about what the bill will look like. Thanks to Santi at the Prasada store.

Christine at the store on waddell was so incredibly helpful! She helped us upgrade 5 phones, change our plan and add a handful perks. She helped to lower our bill and get new streaming services! One of the best experiences in trading out phones. She was fast and answered all my random questions and explained everything so well! Definitely a great experience!!
