We did the promo in November of 2023.Trade in phone and get IPAD, watch and iPhone 15.I have had to go in multiple times because they are charging us for all devices. They did not add the promo codes.I have had to ask again to fix it. Told they put in a ticket and it will be on the next bill.Bill number 2 comes and no promos added and charged again.Now working with the company myself for over two hours on the phone to fix all of these errors.They make a commission.So buying three phones, three watches and three iPads the rep made great commission. But no one is paying me for my multiple attempts to fix the errors. I am so tired of them and now will never do Verizon again once the two years are up. Get it together and do your job. If you make commission you now owe me for 3 hours of my time doing your job.

Terrible experience. We have been bombarded with emails from Verizon to upgrade our phones so we finally decided to. We placed the order online and chose a Verizon store further away from us because the phones would be ready next day. We called today before we left as the location is far from us to confirm that the phones we ready. They confirmed the phones were ready so we headed down there. Upon arriving the staff member brought out the phones but stated they were not “ready in their system” for pickup. Again, we called beforehand to confirm as it is a drive from us. We were presented two options - to wait or to reorder at their store and pay more money in taxes. We decided to wait and after an hour they still weren’t ready. The physical phones were there but they would not allow us to receive because of their system issues. We asked if we could change to shipping and they stated we needed to call Verizon. Well after a 45 minute hold and talking with someone at Verizon for 30 minutes we still have no resolution. Absolutely horrible service from this location with no customer centricity whatsoever. Please do not tell your customer their order is ready if it’s not. We now wasted gas and time for nothing.

Your service has sucked for 20 yrs in surprise AZ. Seems you all lack the ability to have your own equipment work. Find another job. Cuz you guys suck. Put towers up looosssers

I went in on 10/7/2023 and signed up for a phone service plan and it was never turned on and it's 10/12/23.Would some one please help me and turn my service on. I already paid. Thanks

The staff were friendly and professional. I’ve had some bad experiences when having to go into a Verizon store and was totally prepared for my experience at this store to be the same. I was very surprised and how helpful the staff were and I did feel like they helped me maximize my savings on a new device. The only issue which I’ve experienced was that I set up an appointment online and received a text saying that my appointment was scheduled. When I arrived at the store they didn’t have an appointment scheduled for me and I had to wait to get helped.

This is an incredible store! I was so impressed when I walked in and saw all of the men smartly dressed in white shirts, ties and casual slacks. Nice placement of desks to work with customers and a very comfortable seating area for people to wait. The purpose of my visit was to purchase an Apple Watch. They did not have the one I wanted nor was it available to be shipped. I was able to purchase one at another store and returned to Verizon to have it connected to my cellular service and to get the watch synced with my iPhone. Ricky was so knowledgeable and very patient answering my many questions. Why anyone would choose to go to another Verizon store is beyond me. I hope my positive review will bring them many customers who will leave the store wearing big smiles on their faces. Oh, forgot to mention that upon leaving the store Ricky escorted me to the door and held it open for me. This is a First Class place.

Nate is simply the best! We went in to look at adding the Sunday ticket through YouTube. We sadly didn’t qualify for it. However he was able to get us an upgrade to both phones and watch’s for a crazy good deal! The other staff and manager we very polite and the place was very clean! I will continue to send all friends and family to see Nate. Looking forward to working together again!

Excellent Service! Stephanie helped us when the corporate Verizon on Bell Rd in Surprise wouldn't. She has excellent people skills, and was able to help my family with our cell phone needs. I definitely recommend anyone who has Verizon to work with her.
