Jessica L. was such a pleasure to work with. She set my family up with all new phones and accessories with huge Black Friday deals and savings. She was so helpful and when I stopped in the next day as well and lucky enough, the store was empty, and she was able to spend more time with me answering all of my questions and showing me different options. What a great experience. Jess is Awesome!

New manager working hard with city of surprise to get the new towers in that we need. THE TOWERS THAT ARE CURRENTLY PREVENTING US FROM GETTING A SIGNAL! THE TOWERS THAT DON'T YET EXIST! The city of surprise says we don't need them! No matter what carrier you are using.. ARE YOU GETTING A SIGNAL? SAY SOMETHING TO THE CITY OF SURPRISE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IF THEY EVEN HAVE ONE!

I have 5 lines and I been 17 yr loyal customer and I get repaid by being lied to and taken advantage of with over charging and not being informed with better prices to save money. Need to go somewhere else to be treated fairly. Will be notifying BBB

Very helpful. Got in and out with a new phone quickly. Asked about different phones and I only had a few absolute needs. They made sure that it would work. No pushy sales tactics.

What a great store! Welcomed with a smile, great customer service and super quick from entering to leaving. Erenya was awesome, and I loved all the other employees as well! Definitely my go to store.

Wait time is long. Matthew Shosho helped me the few times I had to go in with issues with my cell. He went above and beyond. He was caring, listened and tried any way he had to help get my phone issues fixed. He is a great rep. Thank you Matthew!

So. Let's just say I'll turn this review into a silver lining. I switched providers and as a result I received a final bill of 10.19. I attempted to pay it online but it wouldn't allow me. I had no way to log in. None. The basically canceled my account. I mean, im fine with it but let me pay my last payment. Anyway, Hayden, in the store took the time and ended up using his personal phone to help me. The low rating is for Verizon overall, not necessarily the store. I was frustrated that they were unable to help but again, not sure the liability is on them. So, if you are a Verizon customer or future customer go see Hayden, he will treat you right.

Rude, unhelpful staff, and I was just picking up a phone. Would not recommend especially if wanting to setup new service, they are atrocious to deal with for 5 mins much less longer. Manager also a jerk.

Rude, unwelcoming, not knowledgeable. Just switched to Verizon and the only solution they had to my problem was to get a new phone. Turns out I just needed to wait a few min for my phone to reboot. Guy checking me in had zero people skills.

I went in due to my new phone overheating. The rep, Eric, was actively listening to my issue and immediately sought out a solution. When there wasn't an easy answer on fixing my phone, he didn't give up. He asked for assistance from his manager, who was also exceptionally kind and took the time to listen. Not once was there any pressure to "upgrade a service" or purchase accessories for a phone that I was clearly having issues with. This Verizon location is absolutely is my go to moving forward.

Five stars is something I'd never think could happen at a Verizon Store; well in my past experiences anyway until this weekend. We came in for quite a few reasons and we're dreading it because it was the weekend and we thought it would be so busy. I've been to this location once years ago and honestly try to stay away because I've never had a great experience at any Verizon store. From the moment we walked in it was different. Sebastian greeted us, asked what he could help with and got right to work. We were looking at changing a few phones around while also looking for a complete new one. With so many kids and busy schedules we need to make sure they're all in good shape. Sebastian was very patient, answered all our questions. He never made us feel rushed and even offered us an add on to our plan that actually saves us a ton of money. I appreciate images that so much. These dang kids are expensive lol so every penny helps. Great visit and I hope it continues. I'd drive the extra miles to get the service I did today. Sebastian needs a raise.

Verizon needs to step up their game on customer service. We need customer service representatives that understands and easily able to resolve issues and not have to call back because instead of fixing the issue, they did something else causing unnecessary delays and confusion.
