I attempted to make a withdrawal and was rudely told that I needed to call ahead. That's fine, until you try to call ahead, and have to go through the never-ending automated answering service game. I get company policy, but I don't understand the strategy of customer service being employed in my situation. It made me rethink where I keep my money.

Rude from the minute I walked in . And it's a bank how do you not have money ? Sounds a little suspect to me . Maybe if I were a few shades lighter it wouldn't have been a problem .

Every time I go to this banks drive-through ATM, I clean it!!! You would think they would keep this ATM clean at least three times a day during business hours being that they seemed to be closed alot

I had spoken the bank manager here at the surprise location on three different occasions and had the worst experience ever. First I had spoken to Matthew the day shift manger on Monday of this week and had a hard time getting a strait answer on where funds for my account were and was directed to come back later in the week to see if the situation would change. When i had gotten there on Friday I spoke to the lady manager don't know her name but she is a blond lady slender and was extremely rude and didn't know what she was talking about at all. I had asked her the same question that I had told the manager earlier that week and she had made up a false answer to just get me out of the store. I then got stern with her telling her that I was directed to come to this location by her counterpart earlier that week and get the situation cleared up. She then stated making comments that assumed that the check I had deposited was stolen and was fraud and that I wasn't going to get it handled because of that reason. I then told her that she needed to call the fraud department,considering I had already spoken with them, and she continued to tell me what they were going to say to me not knowing what she was talking about at all. I confirmed to push the issue and she called only to find out that she was completely wrong and US Bank had already received the money from the check, but the funny thing about all this is that despite the horrible experience I had and the disrespect I got by accusing me of things that weren't true, it still took me 7 days to receive the money from my check. I am completely unsatisfyied with US Bank and am seriously considering going elsewhere from this experience

Absolutely terrible customer service with their home mortgages. You cannot walk in and talk with their mortgage department, the staff in the branch have to call the mortgage department. Every time I call myself I keep getting transferred or told I'd be called back with absolutely no resolution to my concerns with my account. I filed a formal complaint and have yet to hear anything back and it's been over a month. I have an 810 credit score, never missed a payment, never made a late and still get this type of treatment. If you are searching for a suitable lender for your mortgage, please don't make the same mistake I did. UPDATE-the representative from US Bank called to fix the issue but never got back to me with a follow up after the initial complaint. This proves exactly what my initial complaint said.
