I attempted to make a withdrawal and was rudely told that I needed to call ahead. That's fine, until you try to call ahead, and have to go through the never-ending automated answering service game. I get company policy, but I don't understand the strategy of customer service being employed in my situation. It made me rethink where I keep my money.

I really do enjoy this institution's credit card products. They have great rewards programs. However, I was recently overcharged at a restaurant. The gratuity was entered as $150 instead of $15. An honest mistake I hope, but I had trouble contacting the restaurant to get this corrected so I contacted US Bank to open a dispute.The representative I spoke to seemed to have an understanding of the situation and agreed that it seemed obvious what had happened, but when this case went to the team that does the investigation they were completely useless and did nothing to validate the charge. The restaurant never responded to the case so US Bank closed it and reversed the credit they had given me.I eventually went back to the restaurant and spoke with a manager whom was able to check their POS system and found my transaction and corrected the discrepancy.This has made me seriously consider closing my credit accounts here. Not sure I can trust US Bank to protect me when needed.

Rude from the minute I walked in . And it's a bank how do you not have money ? Sounds a little suspect to me . Maybe if I were a few shades lighter it wouldn't have been a problem .

Every time I go to this banks drive-through ATM, I clean it!!! You would think they would keep this ATM clean at least three times a day during business hours being that they seemed to be closed alot

Not helpful at all when a family member passes and trying to close their accounts even with death certificate! Only bank I had issues wit...acted like money was theirs.

They have been better to me then my own banks after a month or so of going in to the branch for things I opened an account just because of the service and staff . The two other branches seemed to have nice staff as well.

Just sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement from staff. They weren’t going to close for another hour and we could see people walking around inside. We pressed the call button three times. The car behind us left before we got helped. If we hadn’t already sent our check and info through the tubes, we would have left too. When we finally caught the eye of someone on staff, they didn’t offer any explanation but told us we’d be taken care of shortly. Waited another few minutes and finally got helped.
