Lizzy! I shop once and a while for my hair product, when you have it. I go for Lizzy!! She is pleasant, professional and keeps my hair looking fresh all the time! Love talking to her. I followed her from the Ulta around the corner from house. If she leaves, I will follow her again! She's an asset to Ulta!!

I have been a customer of Ulta for over 15 years and I continue to maintain diamond level stats. The only service that keeps me spending my money at Ulta is my hair extraordinaire styilest Lizzy M., Lizzy is ahead of the new trends and let me tell you about her hair coloring abilities…. Outstanding. Lizzy as a person is truly a kind soul who enjoys styling hair and makes the long process super enjoyable. Lets not forget her ability to upscale with me walking out of Ulta with the newest and greatest hair products. I trust Lizzy 100% to create my personal look. I have followed Lizzy through 4 Ulta Salon moves and will continue to follow her. I don't care for Ulta as a store, customer service is at best poor and prices are high. I spend my money at Ulta because of Lizzy. When and if Lizzy realizes that her talent is hers and hers alone and leaves Ulta, so will I and I'm sure her other customers would do the same. Treat Lizzy well Ulta you have a diamond because I don't care where I spend my money as long as its with Lizzy as my hair stylist

Yesterday, I went to Ulta after having a really rough day. The people are amazing and they always compliment me. My associate, Philip, was a delight and I felt so happy and confident after he helped me with some questions I had. I wish him the very best. This store and Philip will remain to be my favorite in the valley.

The employees are not friendly at all. The last 2 times I have visited, their is no greeting. literally ignored by the person at the register when I walked in. (Even with no customers in line). The staff is completely different than the Prasada crew. Prasada staff are energy, smiling and very welcoming 😍
