Single source butcher shop with really good meat. Customer service was lacking, asked the kid that first served me if these were Choice or Prime cuts. His response was "I have no idea,I just work here", not what you would expect from a butcher shop. He went and got someone else who told me that it's neither since they buy from a ranch...I thought that the USDA inspects and grades all meat ??Either way, bought a single NY Strip to try it out. Great looking piece of meat and it was exceptionally good! Will be back, would be 5 stars were it not for the uneducated staff.

Lots of selection of meats. Was able to get 2 chuck roasts, 4 filet mignon and 4 brisket patties. They also have some dog treats in the refrigerated section and lots of sauces and marinades for your meats. ?

The only place to get grass finished beef. They slaughter straight off the pasture and it tastes AMAZING!!!! There’s actually marbling from a grass finished steer! Can’t say enough about how they treated my boy and I.We reached out and got pricing for a 1/2 steer which was a solid price! I asked if I could come in with my boy and watch them tear it down, which was a pipe dream, and they said come on in!! The entire crew was awesome!!!It was also nice to get a true 1/2 steer- not cherry picked from the rancher or butcher.Highly recommend these dudes.

Lots of reasons why Troub's has nothing but 5* reviews. Everything we've bought from here is quality. Steaks, burgers. For Christmas we roasted a beef tenderloin which was the best we've ever had!! Staff is over the top friendly and helpful. We won't go anywhere else for meat.

This is a real butcher shop, they cut quarter cows here. They also sell back, front, half and whole cows here. They cut them into steaks and wrap everything for you.My favorite steaks from here are the sirloin tips, T bones, chuck eye steaks and flank steak. Skirt steak with marinade is also very good.Any cut from a cow or pig, most likely they can provide it for you. One of the unique items here, is beef bacon. Since they produce their own bacon, brine and smoke it. They are able to take the belly from the cow, brine and smoke it the same way.They also have local and small business items here. They carry Mr. Bacon's Bacon. Which is candied bacon, he uses their bacon to make his products. They have simply raw honey with different flavors. Salsa Patron salsa and chips. The Bomb Pie and soon cheesecake from Southern sweets. They just got local organic vegetables at Dynamite Farm in Surprise. Dog treats from Kirby's Kitchen, he also uses their beef to make his products. They also have bread from miss Monica and What's in the oven.

The owners are super nice and polite, the staff is very helpful and offers assistance. And the meat!! Best meat you'll find and the most amazing prices. 3.99/lb for organic fed 100% organic ground beef?? Are you serious? If you are wondering about where to get the best quality beef from amazing people and staff.....THIS IS THE PLACE. We won't buy our meat anywhere else.
