We just signed a lease for a 10' X 10' unit at the Surprise AZ location at a great and affordable price. The property is clean and well maintained. The manager, Caitlyn, was friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She is reliable and responsive to our needs. Highly recommend!! Thanks, Caitlyn.

During a difficult time when my family faced unexpected challenges, Caitlin and the team at Advantage Storage provided an exceptional level of support and understanding. Due to my mother's illness, we found ourselves unable to keep up with our storage payments, let alone manage the items stored within. Caitlin's empathy and professionalism shone through from the moment she reached out to us.
Despite our financial constraints, Caitlin swiftly coordinated with her manager to explore options that would alleviate our burden. Their willingness to work out a payment arrangement demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer care. However, circumstances led us to the difficult decision of letting go of our stored items through auction.
