“I took my Jeep here to do some repairs and I cannot recommend them enough! They were super thorough checking my car out and I love that they send you a link detailing the findings of their inspection. Extremely professional and courteous. 10/10 would recommend their services.”
“Most people dread taking their vehicle to a shop, but you'll be absolutely impressed and amazed if you come to London Auto Werks. Great service and communication. Super straight forward and stress free. My family vehicle was well taken care of here. Thank you very much!”
“My family and I have been seeing Terry, Kathy and family for almost a decade, I've recommended them to countless others. I couldn't ask for a more honest mechanic.”

“The All Valley Car Care folks got a great car that had been sitting in a garage for over a year tuned up and ready for a drive from Surprise to Chicago. It drove beautifully. Highly recommend these peeps.”
“I brought my 2020 BMW 440I hard top convertible to desert star auto today (8/4/25) for its 20,000 mile checkup. The BMW app notified me that should do so. I bought this car 8 months ago and have no record of previous maintenance. Therefore, when I had replaced the original battery, I also had an oil change. When I brought the car into Desert Star Auto today, I explained all this to Joe. I asked him to do what was ever necessary for the 20,000 mile maintenance checkup. He totally went over my car and even gave it a test drive, checked the filters, etc., and told me my car was in perfect shape and did not charge me anything. He reset all codes, checked out everything on the car including the filters, telling me that they were in great shape and didn't need to be replaced at this time. And I repeat, he didn't charge me anything! I will not have my car repaired anywhere else. Plus he's the nicest friendliest guy you could ever meet.. Ed Tannheimer”

“These guys are great! They're honest and they don't spend any more of your money than you need. I took my car there 3 months ago and George was extremely helpful and kept me from being scammed by the dealership. They saved me $1000+!”
“Where to begin, my Son's F250, my F350 or my wife's SS?
Lets go with the most recent, the SS (for those that don't know, it's actually a Holden Commodore from Australia). Took the SS to Gateway Chevy as we have for the past 8 years. First trip they were given specific guidance on things which they bombed. Second trip (benefit of a doubt given) they said the ac lines were leaking and needed to be replaced but only three were in the continental United States and they were $1,100.00.
Then the radiator was leaking so another $1,100.00.
And the passenger side seat sensor was bad, $2,200.00 for that part.
Enter Champ's Automotive.
AC lines? No, schrader valves on the ac lines leaking and not $1,100.00 for parts and not just 3 in the continental United States.
Radiator Leak? Lets pressure test the system and see (Gateway didn't). Nope, radiator is good. Its the cap beginning to fail and causing the hose to collapse enough to leak. Great, lets do a new cap and include a new hose. Both are cheaper than a new radiator.
Passenger side seat sensor bad? Yay! Gateway got that one right but.....Champ's wasn't $2,200.00, only $1,800.00.
I like to do my own maintenance and wrench on things myself but recently I have not had time to do so.
Luckily I was referred to Champ's Automotive and now they are the ONLY guys that will touch any of my vehicles when I don't have time. They are also the only shop I will recommend. I don't know the names of the guys and gals behind the scenes doing the "real work" but the guys upfront are Craig, Jake and John. You may or may not like what they tell you about your vehicle but rest assured, its the truth. And when they give you an estimated delivery time or say they'll call you back, they do.
Now if only they had a Buell technician on staff......
I guess somethings I'll just have to make time for and do myself...lol.”
“Noah was very honest and helpful with everything that needed to be done with my jeep, fixed it all in one day as well. Will definitely be coming back for my vehicle maintenance. To the owners, hang on to Noah, people like him are hard to find. ?”
“Took my truck in for an evaluation. The employees were very friendly very helpful. They got my truck fixed and back on the road in no time great communication through the repair process I would recommend taking your vehicles here.”

“Great guys I went in because of a noise they only took a couple of seconds minutes maybe and came back in and said it was the flex plate and on my vehicle there was a recall I did not know about and they were very kind to tell me that they saved me a lot of money great honest guys you don’t see that every day I recommend this automotive place to take your vehicle‘s. There are honest people in this world. Thank you Allens automotive services. I highly highly recommend these guys.”
“After being referred to Ron at this location, I felt confident bringing my vehicle in, especially since my AC had given out and I needed a new compressor. While waiting for my vehicle, I skimmed through the reviews—something I hadn’t done before because of the referral. To be honest, reading them made me panic, as many were negative. However, my experience turned out to be completely the opposite.
Despite bringing my car in as an emergency, it was repaired in a timely manner. The cost was, of course, a concern, but they helped me secure financing, which I knew I’d need no matter where I went for this type of repair. The customer service was excellent—I got answers to all of my questions and felt reassured throughout the process. Although I did have to call for updates, it wasn’t excessive, and they kept me informed far better than other shops I’ve dealt with. I didn’t feel like I had to pester them for information.
In the end, I feel confident about bringing my vehicle back here in the future.”
“They were going to do alignment on my car and found out the lower control arms bushings were out. They new I liked working on my car and said it would be cheaper if I did it. So I replaced the hole front end. And brought it back for alignment They checked my work and did my alignment now it like a new car. Thanks..”
