“I was in a bad Medical place and had a issue of needing 2 tires mounted balanced on.off vehicle 3rd time between my 2 vehicles and travel trailer they were polite diligent and super fast and Profesional in my eyes Customer Service is on top of there list. I wish I would see more of this nowadays it seams the prices go up Customer Service goes down.”

“My check engine light came on in my Maserati and the code reader at AutoZone said my O2 sensor was bad. Not many places have the capability to work on high end cars but someone recommended I tried this place before going to the dealer so I took it here to see if they could fix it. The owner (Joe) said he has a comprehensive computer diagnostic tool that most shops don't have so I felt comfortable knowing he could properly troubleshoot and fix it. He called me a few hours after I dropped it off and said my O2 sensor was good but the connection was loose causing the code. He said, it didn't need to be replace because he secured the connector and my car was ready to be picked up. I was pretty relieved to find out it was something so simple and even happier the he saved me a couple hundred dollars from not having to buy a new part.”

“Always have such a great experience when I come to this location. We specifically go out of the way to come here — hoping Dawson is working. Everyone here is exceptional, but dealing with Dawson for the first time a while ago, we don’t want to work with anyone else. They have great customer service and will always do what they can to meet my annoyingly high standards for my wheels and tires.”

“I went to this location a few times & always received great & friendly service. All items are in stock & label well though out the store. The locations have scan & go service where you can setup the account via your app & have your credit card information to scan all your groceries items & pay. Also have self checkout area paying w/ your credit card only for our groceries & regular checkout's as well. Also their gas station is available for members which is usually .20 or more cheaper than other locations. If you would like affordable food & or sweets combo's are available for hotdog w/ soda, pizza w/ soda, ice cream, slushes, pretzel and churros. My suggestion would be for the food area to offer real nacho cheese for pretzels, and possibly offer nachos as well.”

“My car needed a battery and I gave Joe's a call. Without hesitation they were able to fit me in that same day, without an appointment, to take care of the new battery installation. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, making sure I got the right battery for my particular car (a hybrid). It takes a bit longer to change out this battery, as it is located inside of the trunk of the car! No issue for the team at Joe's. Job well done and I got my car back the same day. I highly recommend them for any service your vehicle may need.”

“So I go to the firestone on reems rd in surprise. I've been going there for about 2 years now and have received some of the best customer service I have gotten from a mechanic shop. They have always taken care of the problem the first time and the prices have been fair. They have also been honest with me in a few cases where they have told me that i didn't need a service or have fixed the problem that didn't require a major service that would have cost me a arm and leg.I like to thank Ken and both John's for going above and beyond for me .
