Great store!! It is well stocked, organized and clean with the typical great prices.
Went back today 12/17/24 and had another great experience despite the long longs and tons of people. Found exactly what I was looking for and a few items more and checkout was a breeze. Staff is very friendly and the store is well stocked.

Where do I begin ❤️ before this store opened I used to go to the bellrd arrowhead location where I met Olivia , and now to know she is here at the Prasada , she is absolutely the best ! I enjoy so so much this location ! The staff is the best always so comforting and such a positive attitude all the time , Thank you so much to Tanya , Alexandria and Olivia I come here at 9:30 most mornings when opening and always find so much amazing things ! Nothing but the best to say abt this store ! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ love you ladies !

Such a rude staff! My son in law tried to return something for me since I was out of town. There was a receipt and it shouldn’t have been a problem. If not card they give you cash back with a receipt. They treated him like a thief, even turning around with their backs to him, calling others over to whisper. They told him there is nothing they can do. The shoes were on the back counter and they left them there. He asked for them back and they said…oh, do you want them back.
I was so mad and called the manager, Ines. Her statement was that if there is no card then you get cash back or store credit. With their baby, they had to turn around and go back. The manager came up but really didn’t do anything and allowed them to still have an attitude. I won’t shop at that location again! (Prasada)

My wife just left there pissed off. The lady at the dressing room was so rude and ignorant. She should not have that job with the way she talks to customers. Being a middle aged female, she should now better.

Everyrime I visit this store. I come wt what I need and lots of extra things I wasn't expecting to find. What I need is more money because it's sad I cannot afford everything I want to buy .
