I've taken my Mustang in for repairs twice, and the diagnosis was accurate, and the repair excellent. They didn't provide me with an inspection report, but that's fine. The problem is the customer service from the reception staff, including the service advisor, and the vehicle handover process: it's not a pleasant experience when they make you feel like all they care about is how much money you're going to spend, and not the service experience itself.

I have been taking my Transit Van and Class C Motorhome to Surprise Ford for 3 years. They have always been kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. I've never been to a dealership as accommodating to my concerns as this one. Nick is one of the most patient and respectful individuals I've ever worked with when having service done on any of my vehicles!

Total bait and switch worked with Laura and Oscar on a certified pre owned Ford Raptor, went to the dealer brought my trade, working in the numbers and never did get back with the numbers and sold the truck. Tried to reach back and no response, had everything ready to go with payment and trades, Waste of time and would never recommend this ford dealership.
