Go somewhere else. I got a scalp infection from them using dirty clippers two times.

I got a great short cut from Luis! He made sure that my cut was what I wanted by checking my length preference on each section and taking his time to give a precise cut!
The shop was clean and well managed. I will return for my next cut.
Stylist: Roberta did a super job on my very thick hair. I left with a light and smooth cut. Very pleased!

Don’t bother showing up for a haircut on a Sunday without an appointment. It may say walk-ins welcomed on the door but that is not what is welcomed. Nor is there communication to at least make you aware that there are appointments ahead and give you an estimate of how long your wait might be. Not to mention the older lady having an attitude; when the customer before asked for her to touch up his sons haircut, she got upset and abrasively tried to get out of fixing her mistake; then when it was my daughters turn, under her breath she said another customers name and when I said “ma’am” because she wasn’t even looking towards anyone and I did not hear her, she looked at the other customer, ignored me and said she’ll take him while saying his name. My daughter literally needed just like 3 inches taken off her ends. They would’ve made $25 easily. If you want your day ruined, go there. Otherwise, find literally any other place.

The customer service is downright disrespectful here, the blonde old lady is very rude and confrontational.
Supercuts policy for allowing other people to cut in line by going online is stupid and cost them a family of 7 as customers after waiting 40 min for haircuts they keep taking people before you.

I had a wonderful experience today! I was not feeling very contented with my appearance and Sam gave me a wonderful haircut and did a great job on my eyebrows! I really enjoyed my time at this Supercuts! Thank you!

I have been continually happy with this Supercuts location. They have happy and friendly employees/stylists who can do all that a more expensive salon does. It's close and convenient and easy. Thank you Supercuts. M
Stylist: For the past three years I now prefer Luis, but have used Scherri, Roberta and Vickie who are also very good stylists, they listen and then cut as you requested. Luis just gets me. Thank you.
