I had the pleasure of doing business with Charles . Very straightforward person with no room for lies and deciet.
He helped me shorten the time doing a car deal.
They don't accept Honda leases , and no problem for me .
He educated me the best he could without lying to me .
Very Honorable dealership.
Was better than most .

Glenn Craney, Service Advisor,, goes above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service. I tend to be overly OCD with my car and he has always been patient with me and addresses all my concerns with extensive knowledge and a wonderful disposition. I trust him 100% and he is always the service advisor I go to when mt car needs servicing. I live closer to another Subaru Dealership but I drive the extra miles to go to Subaru Superstore in Surprise. Thank you Glenn.

Best car purchase experience I have ever had. I purchased a new vehicle using Costco auto purchase program and there was no pressure, no hassle, and I got a great discount. Sales staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the Forester I purchased. Follow up a week after purchase was excellent as they provided over an hour tutorial on all the safety features, options, and operations. I highly recommend this dealership.

Over the course of my life I have purchased at least 12 new cars (Yes, I’m old). This was the best buying experience I’ve ever had. Our sales rep, Ronnie, was friendly and professional throughout. The delivery specialist, Tina, is very knowledgeable. And the New Owner Orientation was the cherry on top. The service department is so clean and efficient. I highly recommend this store.

We just bought an Ascent from Surprise and our sales expert was Ronnie Ramieriz. He spent all the time we needed to understand and feel comfortable with our new car. Honestly Ronnie and the dealership were fabulous. We tried one of their neighbors and it was the same old ugly car experience. Try something new...a pleasant car buying experience! He explained all the next steps of ownership regarding service and helped us set up our first appointment. We will stay with Surprise Subaru. The ride home was wonderful.

Go to Peoria Subaru. Don’t come here. Save yourself the time.
They will lie to you about inventory on their lot, they will lie to you about the value of your trade in, and they will lie to you about having the best Subaru prices in the valley.
If you like working with the typical shady car salespeople, then this is the place for you.

Their sales representative are kind and professional. Everyone that I interacted with was informed and helpful to get what we wanted. The building is clean and tidy. The service center, those there are also nice and professional and fast to get me in and out.

Amazing all around! I bought my 2023 Crosstrek from CarMax and just wanted a good once over/ services done. Angelo understood what I needed and got it done! I also asked to purchase and have them install window deflectors and they did EASILY! Everything went smooth. Waiting room is big and have so many amenities. You can even watch the technicians through a huge window. Service area looks clean and all in order.
The Only gripe i tiny bit have is i was charged full price for my deflectors rather than the 10% i was told. But really it was only a $10 difference and I didn't bring it up.
Great place and I will continue to come here for my Services and other Subaru items!

I could not recommend the service here more! Not only did they offer me a reasonable price for my 2015 Xterra, but they made the first time buying experience for a single woman feel so safe and easy! They sell quality vehicles. Even after buying a used car with no warranty, I had an issue after driving the vehicle home with a dash light coming on and they told me to immediately take it in! Most dealerships won't do this and they will just act like this is your problem now. These guys are good people and know how to actually run a business!
