After having a horrible experience at the T Mobile on Waddell and the 303, I went here. Irene took GREAT care of me! She fixed the errors that the other location made and got my new phone set up including transferring data. She was pleasant and very helpful. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!!

Our experience at this location with Representative Eli was great. He was attentive, polite and very patient with a difficult order. We initially had tried to do the order over the phone and had a lot of trouble with multiple Representatives with different information. Our over the phone order had been cancelled twice. Eli did a great job of sorting it all out. Thanks Eli for getting us transferred to T Mobile. We highly recommend Eli….

Stay away from this T-mobile store. After talking with a salesperson on the website they said you are all set, just go to a local store near you to finish the sale. Wen;t in and was told NO NO NO. We have no promotions on the phone you are looking for, So instead of saying lets see what we have that may work for you it was no, see ya later. Went back to the website, my phone will be shipped in 2 to 3 days. The guys at this store SUCK!!!!!

The employee at the store was not helpful. He was unable to fix my smart watch, that is stuck in a boot loop. Which is fine, I understand they don't specialize in that kind of service. However, he was a little patronizing when troubleshooting because he said I need to charge it to 30% and do these steps to reboot it (which I have tried many times and told him it worked once but only for a few days then it did the loop again. And after that I couldn't get the watch to hold a charge because it would get hot on the charger and just go to the Samsung logo, shut off and repeat) So after deeming the watch useless, I asked to get a new watch. He told me about the promo of "Add a line and get a free watch" but they didn't have any of the "free" watches in stock. So he gave me 2 options for watches to purchase, either a watch that will be $1 extra per month or $5 extra per month. I took the $1 extra. He then said I had to put a deposit down of $160 that is supposedly going to be credited to my account. Another customer, who was rude and interrupted the employee helping me just so he can pay his bill and went off on an entitled rant on how he's been a loyal customer for years and wanted a watch and is 'definitely eligible for everything under the sun' asked what deals he can get on a watch. The employee told him about the same promo he told me and said "We don't have the free ones in stock, but they should come in tomorrow" which the employee failed to tell me. (He then proceeded to help the entitled customer while my watch finished setup). So after setting everything up and spending $160 for a deposit on a watch that is $1 extra per month, I tried the watch on and the band was too big for my wrist. I asked another employee if they had a smaller band and he said they didn't have any in stock. He then said the smaller watch comes with a smaller band(which would have been the $5 more/month.) He said I can buy watch bands on Amazon or he can redo the process for the smaller watch. I didn't have time because I had to go to work. All around, I was not satisfied that they had me spend so much money for a watch I can't wear properly. Very disappointed in their customer service.

Irene and her Manager were amazing. I had issues with a defect on my fold 4. After 2 days of calling Tmobile, then Asurion, then Tmobile again. Then going to Tmobile, then to Asurion then back to Tmobile I finally met Irene and staff.They inspected my phone. Concured the only way the screen could be having the issue it is having is due to something internally separating on the phone. They ordered me a replacement and offered to have it shipped to the closest store to my home.That store was awful(Litchfield), Chris (the store manager) wouldn't give me my phone, or even look up my account.I returned the the Grand Ave store where I again found Irene working. I explained what happened and they again, ordered me a replacement phone. This time to their store.I look forward to returning again to pick up my phphone. I've learned my lesson. This is the only Tmobile store for me.

Hi my name is Antoine Sealie and I would like to thank Tyren W for his awesome customer service. This young man really took the time to help me with a billing situation that I thought would take hours and I would have to do all the talking. Tyren took charge and did all the work for me, and never asked me anything, he just knew what to do. I just want to thank him for all he did for me and hope T-Mobile realize that Tyren is one of the best in customer service.

Young girl that helped me was snotty and bad attitude I just wanted to order a glass protector and wanted it next day because I needed to leave town she told me 7 to 10 days and its too bad rhat she wasn't going to change it

Gigi Smith was outstanding!. After two hours on the phone with the mobile. I went to the store. I went to another location. I felt like they were doing me a favor. Went to the store on bell and grand. Like I said, Gigi was pleasant and professional . She got me fixed with a new phone and transferred everything over.

It was T-Mobile. If you know what you want it's so much easier to be in and out with what you want. I guess that's true of any place you go to. Restaurant, bar.... vacation....
