The entrance is NOT wheelchair friendly. The door is placed in a small alcove, and there's no automatic opener for the door. When my wife has to come, I have to come with her just to hold the door open. That means I have to take off work just so she can get her labs done.

Another greedy medical outfit. Great service until Banner Health got involved. Computer check-in, no one will tell you how long the wait will be. Med techs are OK, but waste allot of time doing computer entries and coding services that were done by clerical staff at the front desk who used to answer patient questions.

Never had a faster experience! Walked in a little after 11:30am. Anticipated at least an hour wait. Nope! The guy called my son back within minutes. And we walked out about 10 minutes after we walked in! The guy had gauges in, I didn’t catch his name. Quick, friendly, efficient. Thanks!!
