Have been going here for years and always had a good experience. After today, will not go back. No staff at front desk, waited for nearly an hour just to pick up a kit... Finally gave up.

Wait time was reasonable, Nicolas did my blood draw, did awesome. Right away told him I was scared but was very nice and did draw with one poke, which I didn’t even feel. Thank you

I am trying to verify my doctors office submitted the lab order. I have had issues with this in the past. I called the Quest phone number and the automated attendant said press 1 for patient then 7 to speak to someone. Then it rang for a long time. Finally the automated attendant asked for my code. I did not have one so then the system hung up on me. Seems like you can never speak to anyone even though their system says press 7 to speak to someone.

I’m visually impaired and need handicap help. I’m tired of having to announce my handicap to the room after being told to check in at a kiosk. This is discrimination.

I've always been treated really nice and friendly. They listen to your health problems and how it may affect the service you're there for. My health isn't the best, but they always do a good job and I'm never nervous about having to go there like other places I've had not so good experience. Highly recommend to use this facility if you need too!

As of late there's been no receptionist to manage incoming labs, seems you can't make an appt anymore online either. So if you walk in you will be waiting at least an hour and a half. Without reception, those with time sensitive tests are out of luck. My last labs, my ua came back positive due to my urine sitting out for hours as witnessed by the 6 others sitting there since they opened.

All your locations should be appt only. An hour wait for with an appt is ridiculous. If your short staffed or that far behind then walk ins should be turned away. Honestly there's no difference in wait time between an appointment or a walk in

Unfortunately the lack of staff is resulting in multiple hour waits. There is no front desk staff to answer questions or verify where you are at in line. The TV’s with the information about your place in line were not turned on until about an hour into my wait. Patients were getting frustrated. They definitely need more staff.

Worst idea getting rid of your front desk staff! The waits are ridiculous and the techs don't go in order nor do they know how to enter insurance information! I've been on hold with billing 40 minutes now because my insurance info wasn't entered by your tech and I received a bill get it together

Is this a grocery store that we use a machine instead of humans to sign in? I am watching these seniors struggle with the machine while I wait. The machine doesn't like working properly either.
