Prices keep going up. Less expensive storage is available, look at other places. Front desk is not helpful. Another price increase ?

Wonderful they ran out of carts, so the customer service allowed us to use one of their dollies. Also, when we ran out of water, they gave us more -very pleasant experience.

Elaine is so sweet and helped me with my now 2nd storage unit I have through smart stop. Guided me to my new unit and even went as far as to check in on me while I was putting stuff in the new unit. She also helped me find a cart when I had trouble finding one. This location is always clean and I look forward to continuing units through this location. Elaine you rock!

Awesome climate control. Great location. Friendly staff. The only issue, which they are aware of: disappearing hand carts, leaving only 1 (for now) for the main building.

Immaculately clean facility, quick and painless booking, carts have been available every time I'm here (and I've been here 5-6 times in the past week, ranging from morning to night.I also rarely leave reviews, good or bad but I'm very pleased with this place, most importantly, with Megan. She's been very helpful from the beginning and delivers quality customer service.

My parents had rented a unit to store their stuff in temporarily. Once we had it all loaded up and got to the storage unit we knew immediately that the unit was too small. We went inside office to see if we could get a bigger one and Megan was awesome! She calmed us all down and got us a bigger and more accessible unit. She went way above and beyond to make sure my parents were taken care of. Megan you RAWK!
