“I must’ve tried on 15 pairs of boots. The owners were so kind and patient, answering all of my questions and bringing multiple sizes to try on in each style. My wife and I witnessed how they treated other customers with the same kindness and respect. Their selection is wide and prices are reasonable. I went home with a nice pair of brown leather boots. Will be back!”

“Out and about today and decided to stop by Tanger Outlets to look for some clothes and shoes. When we walked in Tilly’s today we were not only greeted right away, but asked if we needed anything in particular. When we told them what we needed we were also told about some sales going on for that item. The employee helping us, was efficient, friendly and engaging. He went or get an item in the back for us and held it up front while we finished shopping. The store was clean and organized. Prices were pretty decent with the sales.”

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tillys at Arrowhead Towne Center and was blown away by the exceptional service I received from Samira, Kellen, and Manager Kassie. I was looking for a special gift for my daughter, and Samira went above and beyond to help me find the perfect surprise. Her enthusiasm and knowledge of the products were impressive, and she took the time to understand my vision for the gift.
Samira's dedication to finding the right item was evident, and she even went out of her way to search through the inventory to find a special touch that would make the gift extra special.
Kellen was also an absolute delight to interact with. His politeness and professionalism were evident in every conversation, and he made sure that I had everything I needed throughout my visit. His courteous demeanor and helpful nature made my shopping experience seamless and enjoyable.
Manager Kassie was also instrumental in ensuring that I had an exceptional experience. Her leadership and commitment to excellent customer service were evident in the way the store was run, and she was always available to answer any questions I had.
When I presented the gift to my daughter, her reaction was priceless – she was overjoyed and thrilled with the surprise. It was clear that Samira's extra efforts had paid off, and I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional service I received.
We're looking forward to our next visit to Tillys and can't wait to experience more of the exceptional service that Samira, Kellen, and Manager Kassie and I’m sure the rest of the team provide. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give them ten stars if I could!

“I like Clark’s shoes, and this location has a good selection. The best part is they often run specials so you can get two pair for a reasonable price.
It’s an outlet so they don’t always have the same selection as online, but I have found I can usually find something similar if they don’t have the exact item. Today I saw a pair of boots online for $89 dollars, but in the store you could get 2 pairs of shoes for $109. I bought two pair in different colors, because it was a great deal.
The shoes are comfortable, and several good styles to choose from.”
“Walked in looking for a brand new pair of soles. Recently diagnosed with scoliosis, not only did Katera point us in the right direction where to find the perfect soles. She was very kind & walked to the back to find the right size ( the last pair ) patient with aiding to the customers needs. “Famous footwear is nice and big and clean. Staff is very friendly. They assisted me with whatever I had questions with. Their selection range is ok. I was looking for Ascis running shoes, and there was only of its kind. Some of the other shoes were in wide, and mine is regular size. If I would get my choice then for sure I will buy there but unfortunately not many.”

“We really enjoyed shopping at this Carter Outlet today with our Grandson. We found some really good deals on clothes. The store has a large selection of clothing for kids of all ages. “They have a small assortment of graphic tees, but I really do wish they would offer more colors to choose from. Likewise for the shoes, there's a few styles to choose from- but wish they had more colors as well.
