This is a very nice facility that is well maintained and very clean. The hours of access are reasonable, and the site Manager Jessica does a great job. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to how the units are measured, which is of no fault to the employees there.Apparently, it is common practice in the storage unit industry for the units to not be true to size, and all sizes are "approximate". I find this perfectly reasonable if "approximate" was a few inches in either direction, but in this instance, we're talking feet. I am renting a 10x12.5 unit, but the unit measures 9x11.5, and has additional encroachment from a fire room since it was an end unit, bring the total square feet to ~95 vs the expected ~125.I spoke with Jessica who agreed to move me to another unit, which measures 9.5'x11.5', bumping the square footage up to ~110 which is more reasonable. Again, she was very helpful, I put the blame on corporate and the way they built and advertise the units. It is by no means a deal breaker, but is something to be aware of if considering this facility.

I chose SecureSpace storage initially for its already high rating of 4.8 and for their discount they had going on as I didn’t need a storage unit for more than a month or two and didn’t want to pay a ton.I had the pleasure of receiving help from Jessica, whom I believe she said was the manager and she was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, personable, and helped me in every way she possibly could to make sure I was getting the best deal. I haven’t had that good of a customer experience in a while and it was without a doubt one of the best ones I’ve ever had. Thank you so much Jessica, & I hope you get to see this! (:

If I could give negative stars I would. We rented with this place for 8-9 months. Never once did I complain about the random up charges with no notifications or the mice droppings in my storage unit. Along with spiders, roaches, etc. I understood this was a desert and things happen, paid 150$ a month never late.They happily prorate your amount when coming in but when leaving they don’t even consider it. I posted my 30 day notice that we no longer needed storage. Put an email saying our final day. Clean it out and I made the mistake of leaving the lock on. I know dumb move but I called first thing on the 1st that I was charged “call center” was so nice said it happens all the time just wait for the manager to reach out to you they can cut the lock.By the 3rd still nothing so I called again same thing “call center” was super nice reiterated that it happens all the time refund should NOT be a problem. Informed me to just go on down take the lock out and talk to Jessica.Well when I arrived Jessica informed me she had just sent me an email with pictures showing the lock was in place. I apologized I told her this was my first time and I assumed there was some kind of master key. Longer story shorter, she told me it’s my fault their hands out tied.I asked if I could pay a prorated amount for the 3 days hell I’d even pay for just the week and get a partial refund, $150 is a lot for a mom of 3. She lacked compassion and just didn’t care. They don’t do it, they won’t help you. No corporate number to contact. I would SCREAM from the rooftops if I could not to use this place. I called around and asked other storage facilities what they would do in this situation they all said they’d refund it or give me the prorated amount. Shame on you guys.I’m sure that unit is rented and they collected someone else PRORATED amount and my $150 for the month as well. I’m so sad and disappointed in the handlings of this business.

This place is not secure. Someone stole my UTV cover and syphoned my gas. There only response was to have my insurance call them. They also have a new policy that states only one item in the RV space....So you can have a trailer but nothing on it. Go somewhere else. Stay away

Fast and easy service, I was done in less than 15 minutes. The online information was exactly as stated, as soon as I reserved unit online I got a call from the store representative, she was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions. Also, I was able to have my services started when I needed.
