Update 8-29-24, Jojo the Finance manager called tuesday and said he would talk to Christian and call me back today and still no call.
I'm so disappointed in the Sands Kia Finance dpt, he stated they have had high turnover in reception and have not been getting messages from the receptionist, which im not buying that excuse as I still havent heard from him so his words dont mean anything. I"m disappointed in myslef for giving them a good rating since they didnt deserve it. I will also contact the attorney general office if this is no resolved. I just left him a message so time will tell. Newest post, one month after purchasing my new car i get my first invoice and the finance rate went from 1.9 to 3.99 on my payments. I have called and left multiple messages for Christian in finance, and his voicemail has been full for days, so other Kia employees are giving him the messages with non-return calls. I called his boss Jojo today, and im still waiting to hear back from her. Very sad that they "teach you how to give them a perfect rating on the survey but dont follow through. im very disappointed with the finance dpt at Sands Kia, and hopefully, this review will get me a return call from Christian or Jojo. If not, I will pursue this and call channel 3 on your side and the better business bureau along with Kia of America. This post below was a month ago when i bought the car. Connor was great with my negotiations!! Melo helped tremendously with going over all the electronics the car offers. Both are top notch Kia stakeholders.

Beau Frasher is the ONLY person to ask for at this dealership. Competent, caring and focused on the customer. My wife and I took 6 months to finally select the vehicle we wound up buying. Beau was with us every step of the way and ALWAYS made it clear we were in control. He found the vehicle we wanted and helped us get a deal we were happy with. Beau is now our car consultant and we won't bother to go anywhere else (as long as he is at this dealership).
