Very disappointing how Sam’s have family plans for membership cards, yet if one member purchase an item then the other members can’t- even if you don’t live in the same area. What’s the point for having a membership when you are limited in what you can purchase? Now if I see an item on sale, I have to call my sister to see if she purchased said item- so dumb! Why have a family plan? What’s the point?
My response to the manager,
Living in the same house does not mean you share everything. We travel for our jobs and make purchases throughout those travels. Again, I still have to call to verify items purchased and that doesn’t make sense. How many adult families live in the same house but do not share products or shop separately- thousands. How many families live 6 months in one area and 6 months in another? Same issue applies, I shouldn’t have to be stuck at the hip with a person in my household to make a purchase. It’s not logical to think a family sharing a membership card would call each other every time a purchase is made at Sam’s Club. What if I am apart of a sports team and I need to run to Sam’s for a purchase only to find out my sister purchased that items 3 weeks ago- now I can’t simply shop for items needed. Absolutely the worst place to go for any working class individual. I try and squeeze in here after working the 8-5 and it's almost guaranteed retired folks have been waiting all day to see you. Can't get gas to save your life as it's absolutely packed full of snowbirds during any hours you can get gas. My only guess is the old people want to see who is paying into SSI.
If boomers could only figure out the app you wouldn't have to wait 6 minutes for them to get a fuel receipt.
If you want to get in and out of the store fast, use the App, old people can't hardly figure that out and it puts you in and out quickly.
Auto mounted my tires and it was slow but it eventually happened and I have been happy.
Long story short, this is a snow bird haven and they will ruin it for any AZ local should you need to use this to live your life. FYI, Costco is no better. Lines of old people sucking up fual every day. Can't hardly live on this side of town without fighting old people for a spot in the world. They could get out from 8-2 every day but they like to drive slow in the morning and get out after 3 pm when working class people are shopping.

I have been a long time Surprise Sams Club customer. Unfortunately today was not a good experience. I pulled up to a gas pump and proceeded to pump my gas. In the process a small amount of fuel spiled on the ground. I would estimate 1/4 of a cop. I returned the hose to the pump and one of the employees was standing by my gas tank. He raised his hands in disgust looking at the spilled fuel and said "really?". I told him accidents do happen as he walked away and abolk his head. I realize gasoline is flammable but this small amount was not going to start a structure or vehicle fire. Maybe this employee was having a bad day but he certainly was a poor representation of Sam's Club. I called Sam's Club four times to speak with the manager but I could never get anyone to even answer the phone.

I tried to get my prescription filled. Pharmacy said they had my prescription in stock. When I called to get eta they informed me that it was not in stock and needed to wait a few days to fill. No call to advise of out of stock. Left me scrambling to get my prescription filled. No communication with customers.

Quick trip for some staples. Everything needed in stock. Did some pre- holiday shopping today and it was busy as we expected. Got in and out fairly quick traffic in lot was a mess to get back on Bell.
