The self checkout is easy to use. The app needs to be improved because it didn't apply a coupon that it should have.

I have always enjoyed Safeway. It is right down the street and convenient if I forgot something that I needed. The prices are higher for everyday items, so I tend to head over to Fry's for a majority of my groceries. I don't care to much for the electronic checkouts ... but that is my preference.
