I understand that the workers want to leave when the store is getting ready to close but rushing is out when it is 30 minutes prior is plain disrespectful. Is that necessary? One of the people speaking on the intercom tapped the mic in a why that resembled saying "Is this mic on?" and told us we had 15 minutes until the store closed and we needed to go up front. What is with all of this disrespect from these stores all of a sudden? Very unprofessional. Closing time does not mean disrespect your customers and lose business. We are buying your merchandise. We deserve to be treated with respect.
The store is also pretty messy with merchandise strewn all over the floors. Do better, Ross. I lose count of how many Ross stores I have reviewed.

Place was a total mess. We could barely get our cart thru the aisle because there was so much on the floors. Kids were smashing boxes that had anime figures in them. Also, did not appreciate getting harassed by the security person. My daughter and I literally just walked in the door and went to start Xmas shopping and this security guy was looking over my shoulder like I was stealing!! Then proceeded to watch my daughter as well. We will never return to this location again. We parked our cart with the merchandise still in it and walked out!! Btw, we were not even in the store for 2 mins before this guy started watching us.

Stood outside for 20 plus minutes waiting for the store to open finally left after multiple employees seen us and did not acknowledge us and still wasn't open at 9:45 when said to open at 9:30
