I have had only positive experience and I have a mailbox there as well. Being a small business owner myself I can understand that some people have posted negative reviews. Those are likely the same people that go out to eat and complain at every place they eat.”
“Went into the UPS to get mail sent out and Evelyn helped us out and gave us a great experience with the UPS store gave her a five-star out of five star she made you feel like you were her friend and helped us out really appreciate everything that she did for us!”

“Appreciated a male employee at this store around 10:30 a.m. more than I can express. Had been to Kohls to return an Amazon item, but had my CR code on a PDF on a thumb drive as I have no Smart phone, and Kohls had no way to access it, so a 10 mile drive home and back, but then saw the FedEx store one block away. The guy at FedEx was super busy and had people in line, but he put everything else on hold while he printed the form for me so I could go back to Kohls without returning home to print the form. What a great help he was! So thoughtful and considerate!”
“I'm looking at so many bad reviews. I have had some serious issues that I felt were overcome. However I have had many positive interactions with the staff. It's not personal Sonny, it's strictly business. The UPS Store isn't supposed to appear interested in or too personal with clients outside of the job. On some occasions with high profile clients exceptions cannot be made when it comes to professional behavior. For myself I also realized and understood how stressful it could be. My former profession of DoD Police Officer would lead a reasonable person to believe I would speak kindly of most of the staff I have shared a conversation with. They're not all responsible for the bad reviews so I will change my review appropriately. I don't believe in retaliation for every little disagreement. Unlike some people.”
