This used to be my go to for a small sweet little DIY for my dogs… today that changed for good. I’ve been going here for over a year with no problems in the dog wash area, showed up with them, the room was empty, associate asked me how many towels I wanted and I started washing. I got through 1 of my 4 medium sized dogs and mid wash on #2 was asked to leave because I had been there more than 20min……supposedly there’s a time limit??? Never heard that one before!
not only was the associate incredibly rude, but she claimed there was a line of people waiting to get into the room which was a total lie. I literally had to pack up my WET dogs and leave. I walked out past an empty store, vacant grooming area and empty register where the supposed “line” was.
No way someone can successfully wash and dry a dog in 20 min much less with the sad, cold, low blowing air hoses they have to serve their customers there.
I’ve never been to a DIY location and been treated so poorly as a paying customer in my life. You definetly lost my business. good luck selling your overpriced dogfood with that poor customer service.

The only reason I'm giving a 1 star rating is because of the huge price increase in grooming within the last 5 months. I've had my pets in on numerous occasions and the cost has always been $85 to $100 per visit. Today the visit was $159, but was given a $11 discount so $148 plus I always tip $30 to the groomer as they do a very good job and I'm very appreciative of their hard work. Unfortunately, there are other businesses near by that provide the same services at a lesser price. Pet Supplies Plus is near an convenient for me, but I can't justify paying $50 more. Thanks, maybe we can do business again when you post your prices and they're more reasonable. Nick

This store has been nothing but wonderful for myself and my son who just got a leopard gecko at another store. However, this store is close to us and we have come in for supplies, making several visits. They have always been extremely helpful and informative about this gecko who is currently seeming unwell. I've dealt with probably four or five different employees and they are all seriously so kind and so pleasant to work with and just they all seem like stand-up people. So kudos to you guys. Giving great customer service is one thing, but also just being a genuinely good person is a step beyond that, so I think they have the perfect combination of both with their staff.

We took our Bernedoodle, Ellie, last weekend and she was so stressed she had accidents. They called me to pick her and up did what they could. We booked her for an appointment today and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure she was comfortable with the high velocity dryer. I don’t have words to say how impressed I am with the service and patience they had with Ellie. I won’t be taking her anywhere else.

Always a pleasure to walk in and be greeted. Any and all employees I see are friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked and even smells good. Great addition to our neighborhood. Why would I go anywhere else? Keep up the excellent work!!

Customer service is always great inside the store on Grand Ave. We had our dog Oliver in there last weekend for grooming services and they were all very professional, very kind and Oliver came out great. Looking forward to using them again. I would highly recommend!

Really cool place! Everyone is so nice and helpful. We got our dogs nails trimmed and did the self wash which was nice. They even have specialty dog treats shaped like donuts and cake mixes for dogs. So cute!

Sooo Disappointed, if I'm gonna pay to use the Amenities anywhere for myself or my Doug.r.They should be as good if not better than what I would do for him at home.I just used the self dog wash and my poor dog was Wet and freezing when I put him in the car.There were no towels.The water was hardly if you wanted to call it warm and the air hose that they had to dry him off.I guess was nothing but cold.In fact that I eventually turned the lukewarm water back on just to warm him up so that we could leave poorly done

Cannot recommend this grooming team enough! They did a fantastic job on my terrier-poo, who has sensitive and dry skin, and were so sweet with her! Spring for the nail painting if you can! It was so worth it!

I LOVE THIS STORE!! I only shop here once a month for my pitbull, Harper. The prices, sales and (if you're a member) COUPONS are AWESOME!!! ? The staff always helpful and inviting. ? It is very clean and organized. Reason for a 4 star.... the items I want are always out of stock every time I look. I always have to watch the stock online to see if items are available THEN come in. Please put more product (especially raw treats) on your shelves and fill up the store... your prices are unmatched people will buy more if you have more!! ❤️ ?
