He suggested a spot for the install, as the spot we chose was not ideal. He was very thorough and clean. Love the color selection as well. We chose gray for our interior and black for exterior. The quality of the door is great, nice and heavy. We’re doing a fully enclosed outdoor area and a fully enclosed Indoor area with the door in between. Allowing our pup safe access to come and go, without any danger. This door is just perfect.

Pet Supplies Plus Surprise
14545 W Grand Ave #101, SurpriseThis store has been nothing but wonderful for myself and my son who just got a leopard gecko at another store. However, this store is close to us and we have come in for supplies, making several visits. They have always been extremely helpful and informative about this gecko who is currently seeming unwell. I've dealt with probably four or five different employees and they are all seriously so kind and so pleasant to work with and just they all seem like stand-up people. So kudos to you guys. Giving great customer service is one thing, but also just being a genuinely good person is a step beyond that, so I think they have the perfect combination of both with their staff.

15808 N El Mirage Rd, SurpriseDr. Kim is what we hope to find in a vet..someone who is personable, knowledgeable, and listens to pet owners who are worried. What I never thought to find is a vet that LOVES CATS and does whatever is necessary to see that your fur babies will be taken care of at home...by you! On our first visit with Bootsy she crawled under a chair to give him his meds. Then my adult daughter and I joined her on the floor to learn how to give oral medication and eye drops. The next time we needed to give eye meds, we owned up to not being very good at it. She gave us even more training until both of us were able to show her we could do it. Success at home followed. I remember many years ago when teaching elementary school children, that teaching often required finding many different ways to present material so that everyone could understand. That's Dr. Kim. She takes the time to share her knowledge so that our cats get the best care possible. She personally owns many cats and does non-profit adoption. Over the past 8 months we have adopted two of her kitties. Having been well socialized, they transitioned very easily to living in our now 3 cat home. If you stop by her office you might be lucky to find some kitties available for adoption. We are so happy to have found Dr. Kim.

My older chihuahua is terrified of everything but they wanted her there as well so they could proactively treat her because the cough is very contagious. My nervous little chi actually liked this place. ? Legitimately a bunch of adorable smart ladies who love animals in puppy print scrubs and crocs baby talking your dogs while they treat them. Who wouldnt love them?! Both of my dogs did. Thanks for helping my family and not scaring the crap out of my chi who has a history of being abused before I adopted her. Much love from the Dawsons, we will be back!

My daughter has the privilege of rescuing a 3 mo old orange tabby, little princess from a dire situation and we needed medical care sooner than later for her. The staff were able to fit her in the same day at such a reasonable cost that we were willing to drive across the valley. And thank goodness we did! It was so worth the trip! The attention to detail and respect given to the little gift we were blessed with was astounding. You can tell each person there on staff truly loves animals. I will never go anywhere else...EVER!

12850 W Elm St, SurprisePlease forgive for not remembering everyone's names. But today we did the hardest thing you have to do when you choose to bring a dog into your family. He had developed a condition that became inoperable and it was time to say goodbye. The staff told us what we needed to hear and the permission to let him go. It was a decision that had been weighing on us for a few weeks. They worked together in coordination with the vet Dr. Rogers. Everyone was so compassionate and kind. Words can't describe what they did for us today, but we felt it. Thanks to everyone.

The chips had a nice amount of salt on them which we enjoyed. The Torchy's lemonade was different but very good, as it wasn't as sweet as most lemonades. They have a very nice outdoor patio, more than just throwing out some tables and chairs in front. We brought our pup with us which made it that much more appealing. We'll be back to try other taco offerings.

26003 N 155th Ave., SurpriseI was happily, and luckily gifted portion of the cost of my little love, Midori Maraschino, so I sprang for the additional training. She came to me already very sure of who she was, potty trained and spunky! I’m so blessed and fortunate to have found LeeAnna and her special dogs. My poodle is my companion and she’s my confidante; my hiking partner and my yoga buddy. She loves everything green and has yet to meet a stranger. She’s in a word, magnificent! The whole process of acquiring Midori was seamless and oh so easy. I flew out to Arizona, visited my family, drove out to the beautiful Springer farm and then flew back home to Texas, fluffy bundle strapped to my shoulder. I’m so glad that I allowed LeeAnna to choose the best pup based on my specifications. She was spot on! Thank you, LeeAnna and family, for your excellent work. You’re providing such a valuable service!
