He suggested a spot for the install, as the spot we chose was not ideal. He was very thorough and clean. Love the color selection as well. We chose gray for our interior and black for exterior. The quality of the door is great, nice and heavy. We’re doing a fully enclosed outdoor area and a fully enclosed Indoor area with the door in between. Allowing our pup safe access to come and go, without any danger. This door is just perfect.

Pet Supplies Plus Surprise
14545 W Grand Ave #101, SurpriseThis store has been nothing but wonderful for myself and my son who just got a leopard gecko at another store. However, this store is close to us and we have come in for supplies, making several visits. They have always been extremely helpful and informative about this gecko who is currently seeming unwell. I've dealt with probably four or five different employees and they are all seriously so kind and so pleasant to work with and just they all seem like stand-up people. So kudos to you guys. Giving great customer service is one thing, but also just being a genuinely good person is a step beyond that, so I think they have the perfect combination of both with their staff.

13410 N Prasada Pkwy, SurpriseWent in tonight close to closing time. The cashier Kenneth was amazing and reassured me that I still had enough time. I told him I felt bad because I knew the store would be closing soon and I didn't want to hold him or the other employees up with any closing duties. He let me know that I was fine and not to worry. Such a wonderful experience I had tonight at this location. Thank you Kenneth, and I plan on making it his location my main spot to shop in the future. Keep up the amazing work.

16578 W Greenway Rd #215, SurpriseI got a new puppy, and he had picked up kennel cough from the shelter he came from. I called this place they got me in to see them. My older chihuahua is terrified of everything but they wanted her there as well so they could proactively treat her because the cough is very contagious. My nervous little chi actually liked this place. ? Legitimately a bunch of adorable smart ladies who love animals in puppy print scrubs and crocs baby talking your dogs while they treat them. Who wouldnt love them?! Both of my dogs did. Thanks for helping my family and not scaring the crap out of my chi who has a history of being abused before I adopted her. Much love from the Dawsons, we will be back!

15808 N El Mirage Rd, SurpriseDr. Kim is what we hope to find in a vet..someone who is personable, knowledgeable, and listens to pet owners who are worried. What I never thought to find is a vet that LOVES CATS and does whatever is necessary to see that your fur babies will be taken care of at home...by you! On our first visit with Bootsy she crawled under a chair to give him his meds. Then my adult daughter and I joined her on the floor to learn how to give oral medication and eye drops. The next time we needed to give eye meds, we owned up to not being very good at it. She gave us even more training until both of us were able to show her we could do it. Success at home followed. I remember many years ago when teaching elementary school children, that teaching often required finding many different ways to present material so that everyone could understand. That's Dr. Kim. She takes the time to share her knowledge so that our cats get the best care possible. She personally owns many cats and does non-profit adoption. Over the past 8 months we have adopted two of her kitties. Having been well socialized, they transitioned very easily to living in our now 3 cat home. If you stop by her office you might be lucky to find some kitties available for adoption. We are so happy to have found Dr. Kim.

My daughter has the privilege of rescuing a 3 mo old orange tabby, little princess from a dire situation and we needed medical care sooner than later for her. The staff were able to fit her in the same day at such a reasonable cost that we were willing to drive across the valley. And thank goodness we did! It was so worth the trip! The attention to detail and respect given to the little gift we were blessed with was astounding. You can tell each person there on staff truly loves animals. I will never go anywhere else...EVER!

Now on to my review: They're great. Their prices are phenomenal, their availability is phenomenal, and their vet is great with my cats. No upselling or hard pushes on additional services, they care about your pets wellbeing and are not out for profiteering. Nothing but great things.

They were able to fit us in right away for an analysis and x-rays, recommended pain meds, and even offer a military discount. As new members of the community, we will be using this office as our main veterinarian from now on.

14010 N Litchfield Rd Ste 212, SurpriseWe've been coming here semi regularly since they first opened. Watch them improve dramatically as far as service goes. Now they have singer on Friday and Saturday who does a great job of being kind of a background thing not prevent preventing you from talking and still enjoy enjoying the company you're hanging with. Very comfortable place with lounge type chairs and sofas. Pretty good selection of wines and beers. The tapas that we have tried, which has been a lot of different things, has been really good every single time The current favorite is the poutine. The poutine is maybe one of the best ones I've had in America. Definitely recommend it. Canadians might feel otherwise but it's pretty awesome. The spicy edamame has a great little sauce with it as well. Glad to see they're finding their niche and glad the place is open a little bit later now. Hope it continues to just get better. But definitely worth your time to check it out. Prices maybe slightly high but that is also just what it is now a days.

11677 W Bell Rd #1, SurpriseWe heard about their Friday/Saturday wood fire pizza night and decided to give it a try. We are so glad we did and will be back! The staff were extremely friendly, the chef makes the pizzas with fresh ingredients! By far the best pizzas in Surprise, not your chain restaurant pizza... you can taste the love poured into them! We were already lucky enough to by some pastries for dessert! This is where we've gone for Italian pastries since our trip to Italy in 2019 & My Daddys Bakery is authentic ?? & amazing!
Note: the website says they are closed but they open for the wood fire pizza Friday & Saturday from 5p-9p.
You've got to try it for your self. We got there around 7pm and missed the rush!
Vegetarian options: They didn't have a vegetarian section on the menu but many pizza options were vegetarian. I actually just had them remove the meat from mine & they happily did!

We receive so many compliments on her personality and temperament. She's still a little shy, but her SCSP breeding shines through once she warms up. She's a goof ball, always down for a good laugh, and so incredibly smart.
