I love this place!!!! The people are awesome and the prices are great. I have been coming here since my kids were toddlers and I am now a grandma and still come here. I can shop for my entire family and every now and then I find great home decor.

They should not be accepting anymore clothes if they are that understaffed and overwhelmed. I literally had a Kirkland diaper box full of baby clothes (sizes nb-18m) that I had taken time to completely organize for them to make THEIR job easier. Im talking I folded every piece, paired the outfits, and bagged each size separately. I dropped off my donations and came back next day. They wanted to give me $4.99 for 30 pieces. When I politely declined they gave me back a TRASH BAG (no idea where my box was) full of all the clothes I brought in just shoved in there! How rude!! I understand you didn't want them but that was uncalled for and unprofessional. After I went home and REORGANIZED EVERYTHING, I took it to Once Upon a child and got $45 for 52 items AND she folded and rebagged everything that she didn't want because it was the wrong season.I will personally never shop other mothers again. It was a chaotic unorganized mess.

Yikes. Never again. This place gives me the creeps. It's dark, somewhat unfriendly, and sorely lacking in current clothing and quality shoes and purses. I chose to sell here, only out of mild desperation and because my favorite resale spot was on hiatus. That being said...DO NOT SELL clothes, shoes, bags, or ANYTHING here. I brought in a large bag of lulu lemons, a Kate Spade purse, two Michael Kors wallets, and other highly sought after items that would typically get $60-$100 for the bundle in cash at Clothes Mentor, Urban Cheapskate, Buffalo exchange, etc. So after they lost my bag of items because they are highly disorganized - They eventually found it and after going through it, they wanted everything in my large bag (except one pair of shoes) and offered me $22...TWENTY TWO DOLLARS?!? Are you kidding me? What a joke this place is. They don't even tell you what percentage they offer their sellers. I would have declined but was in need of the cash for an emergency. They took advantage and that's wrong. If you are going to sell my items for a higher price, I deserve more for bringing in my quality items. Horrible experience.

Only received store credit for 2 out of our last 6 bags of donated clothes due to staff “losing” our credit slips. Highly disorganized and inefficient office staff. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else.

I'm not a fan. The clothes are extremely overpriced, especially for what ridiculous little bit they give you when selling. Once Upon A Child is definitely the better option.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with such kindness and warm smiles. They had such a large collection. Best deals for toys.

Affordable kids clothes HOWEVER if you’re trying to make some money off the clothes you give go elsewhere! Other Mothers were going to give me $20 cash or $40 store credit. I took the same items to once upon a child and got about $63.

I used to really love this place when I lived out in Surprise. It used to be a place where you could get a good deal both selling or buying clothes. I live in Phx now and wasted a 30 minute trip out there today. I had 1.5 bags of clothes but they would not look at more than 1 bag. They would not budge on this for a half bag. Another lady was there with 2 bags and had the same issue and she just decided to donate it rather than waste her time there. Wish I had done that now. They told me it would take half hour to evaluate my 1 bag and it took close to an hour. Many of the clothes in the bag were brand new with tags or barely worn but they accepted only about 1/3 of the items. While I waited I shopped for my kids current sizes and didn't find much because everything was so disorganized I couldn't tell where anything was. There was no rhyme or reason to the order. For example I was shopping for size 3T and assumed it would be right after 2T and before 4T. There were all kinds of sizes there, but not 3T. I finally gave up because it was too hard to shop when I can't find the sizes I was looking for. So essentially I drove half an hour to get there for them to only evaluate 1 bag (they told me I'd have to come back again tomorrow for the other half bag), they didn't take much and I only got $16 cash, and I couldn't find anything to try to use it for in-store credit. It's gone downhill since I moved and I won't be wasting my time coming out here in the future. I wouldn't recommend others waste their time either.

Bring back the no children at the 50 cent sale!!! It states it on the website! People bring their sick kids let them cough all over the place in the small room smh theyThrow all the toys and rummage threw all the toys before actual shoppers get to see them they children play in the at of shoppers and makes for a scary situation people could trip or get injured!
