Orchard Pointe of Surprise has been a true blessing for our family over the past five years. The care and attention that the staff provided to both my Mom and Dad was nothing short of extraordinary. From the very first day, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel confident that we had made the right choice.
The team at Orchard Pointe is not just professional, but they are genuinely caring individuals who go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. They treated my parents with the utmost respect, kindness, and compassion, always ensuring their comfort and well-being. The communication with us as a family was excellent; we were always kept informed and felt involved in their care.
The community itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of activities and amenities that kept my parents engaged and happy. Whether it was the daily activities or just the friendly conversations, my parents always felt valued and cared for.
Orchard Pointe of Surprise is more than just a place for senior living; it's a family. The incredible staff made all the difference in my parents' lives, and we are forever grateful for the love and care they received. I highly recommend Orchard Pointe to anyone looking for a safe, loving, and enriching environment for their loved ones.

This is a very nice place and the staff are very attentive and kind. My uncle needs extra care and understanding and they are always looking out for him and I've seen them actively engaging with all of the residents. There are lots of activities for residents. Recently, they've added new roles to ensure communication between staff and residents on needs and you can see the difference. Our experience has been extremely positive and I'm very happy that we chose Orchard Pointe for my uncle.

We were impressed by what we saw and herd. Every one was friendly, gave us helpful information, the walk through was wonderful to give us the feel of the place, and we were impressed with the range of care -giving especially Sante connection,

Lots of amenities & activities for residents. Reasonably priced based on other similar facilities I have visited. Would definitely consider Orchard Point when the time is right for us to make the move.

My mother in law moved in here from in April 2023. She absolute loved this place! The food was wonderful with a wide variety of great and healthy choices. The caretakers were so sweet and considerate with her. Both my mother in law and the caretakers fell in love with one another.We can’t say more about the nurse, Sherrie. She is caring and very considerate with the care of my mother in law. She was available at all times, almost day and night with any of our concerns. The crafts and entertainment was over the top! Can’t wait to see the October performance ?.The receptionists and Management… well we can’t say enough. They are like my family. We will miss them all terribly!!My mother in law wished for another 5 years so she could enjoy this place. Unfortunately, she waited until she was 90 to move here and her time ran out. God rest her soul.If you are thinking of sending your loved one to Orchard Pointe at Surprise, trust us…we only have good experiences with this place and all the people working here.Steve and Laurie love you all Orchard employees!! You will never be forgotten and you are all very much appreciated!!Steve and Laurie D

I attended a Dementia and Alzheimer's seminar at this location- the community was beautiful, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the seminar was the best seminar I have attended on Dementia. The trainer was informational, educated, and taught through various methods. I walked away filled with so much retaining knowledge and skills in how to navigate dementia with my residents.

I attended the Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Seminar taught by Shelly Drews. It was an amazing class and I learned more caregiving techniques to help those living with dementia. Shelly’s energy and passion was evident throughout the class. I would highly recommend this seminar!

Shelly Drews' CDP Class is a Must for professionals and lay people alike. Her knowledge and insight of dementia is a real "eye opener." Her personality, along with her hands-on demonstrations makes this class dynamic. Shelly's style of teaching holds your attention. She has her students "look through the eyes of someone with dementia." I cannot praise this class enough not only as someone who works with residents with dementia but also, as a daughter of a mother who had dementia. Shelly's class opened my eyes to the different facets of dementia. Look for capabilities rather than dwelling on the negative. Thank you, Shelly Drews, for sharing your dementia expertise.

I attended a class with Shelly Drew’s on Alzheimer’s and Dementia. I have been in Senior healthcare industry for 20 years and I learned so much in her class. It was such a great class. She kept everyone engaged at all times. Orchard Pointe is a beautiful community and everyone was so nice.I encourage everyone to take a class with Shelly. I attended Shelly Drews Alzheimer's disease and dementia care seminar and I was blown away. She was so engaging and passionate about what she does. I've been in the medical field for 16 years, working in dementia care for the majority of that time, and I learned so much. I highly recommend this seminar to ANYONE, whether you work in the medical field, related fields, are a family member of someone suffering with dementia, or just want to learn more. You will not be disappointed. The facility staff was so friendly and accomodating, as well.
