“I contacted Moon Valley and sppke with Jordan, about 2 months ago due to my Indian Laurels trees not doing well. I explained that 4 out of the 7 trees we had planted were, in better words, dying. He reassured me that he would help me and do whatever it takes to get the trees where they needed to be. I took photos of the trees and sent them to him so he could see, he said that he needed to come out and see them for himself. He came over that day, maybe 30 minutes from our phone call. Jordan took the time to listen to me and not make judgements on what was wrong with the trees, soil, watering. Jordan even had me turn on our watering system so he could deduct the problem. Jordan was very kind and helpful with making sure I knew the watering times and amounts for these size trees. Unfortunately the trees could not be saved and I did have the warranty to replace them. Jordan didn't want to plant still in the 110 degree heat, so pushes it to the 1 week of October. He picked out beautiful replacement trees and once they were planted he asked for photos of how they looked. He again made sure I knew I could reach out at anytime for help. Just wanted to say thank you for going above and beyond, you definitely love what you do and it really shows in your conversation and actions.”
