“The staff were friendly and professional. I’ve had some bad experiences when having to go into a Verizon store and was totally prepared for my experience at this store to be the same. I was very surprised and how helpful the staff were and I did feel like they helped me maximize my savings on a new device. The only issue which I’ve experienced was that I set up an appointment online and received a text saying that my appointment was scheduled. When I arrived at the store they didn’t have an appointment scheduled for me and I had to wait to get helped.”

I can always find what I'm looking for, the price are competitive, and the staff are always willing to help. Lately, I have been shopping on line and using the drive up delivery service. As soon as you place your order, Target works fast to put everything together. Most of my orders are completed with in a few hours. Then ypu drive up, text upon your arrival, and your items are brought out tonyour vehicle quickly. Always a good shopping experience.”

“This is not a customer service store. Not only were they rude and not willing to help us with a simple return. They weren't much better with Verizon customer service who I was able to get on my phone and try to work the situation out. They even refused several times, to let us speak with a manager. Who did finally come out. But it took alot to prompt him out of the back. Still not sure he was the manager. I am sure there are better stores even if I have to drive further. Verizon customer service will be reporting them to corporate it was nice to have them hear what we the customer had to put up with.”
