I had such a horrible experience getting my nails removed. I called ahead of time and asked how much they charged to remove nails and she said $10. I get there and she starts ripping them off with a nail tip (which I know a lot of places do..and I normally just go with it even though it hurts) but she started making my nail bleed underneath so I pulled away and said it hurt and she tried to just keep going on that nail how she was doing it and I had to say again that it hurt so finally she brought out the acetone and foil and I asked if she could take them all off like that cause it was hurting and she was not happy about it. Then once she had “finished” I looked and there was still a lot of acrylic on my nails still so I asked if she could just take it all off, cause well, isn’t that the point of getting nails removed? And she said she would charge me more since she had to use soak method instead of ripping them off by hand…. So disappointed. Horrible service and attitude.

I bit disappointed. Went in because I saw they were having a special for $40 full sets (written on their window), even if it’s for a basic set $35 more is crazy. Got a pretty easy set and was charged $75. Also no where in their pamphlet does it state it would be $75. Also I’m also not in love with my set for it to be that much! I will not be returning.
They also had another lady in there who left and came back to use the restroom and they were laughing at her… god knows why. Very unprofessional.

Went to Mihn T Nail Salon Surprise Az, for powder dip manicure. Returned 3 wks later for new dip to discover I had a nail fungus under every nail!!! I was so disgusted, nail tech didn't seem at all concerned. It's so gross, I've never had fungus!!! Buyer beware, it's dirty & compromised tools. Awful!!'

I’ve gone twice. The first time I loved it. The second time I was charged $70 for something that should have been WAY less. Not only that, the nails started chipping by day 2, AND some of the nails aren’t even the same shade. One person that was in there got a full set with gems and paid less than $50. I had an appointment but wasn’t seen until 20 minutes after my set appointment time. I showed them a photo of what I wanted, and left unhappy. I won’t be going back.

They do a fantastic job on nails, my rating is for how they treat you. I came in here with my 87 year old grandmother who has dementia my grandmother kept repeating herself and the woman named Vivian kept yelling at my grandmother every time she repeated herself Even after I explained to her that she has dementia and she cannot help that she repeats herself she continued her behavior I definitely will not be coming back here.

It was my first time coming here and I can with my two sisters. I got a pedicure and the lady was so amazing and sweet she was very gentle and it came out amazing she did such a wonderful job! My sisters love their nails as well?Service: Pedicure

They thin out their polish so you have to keep coming back or so you pay more for a gel or dipping powder. They treat African American customer different than other customers I will not be giving them anymore of my business.

I started going to Vivian for a couple months now, because I discovered that she does a great job on nails; however, every time I went I felt I was being scolded, as if I was a child. Everything I did was wrong. She would say, “Don’t do this and Don’t do that” Not professional at all! This place is also always dirty. I’ve been in as soon as they opened the door and the previous days dust was still there, yuck! Their stations are gross. If she is stressed because she’s so busy then she should take more vacations. Not to mention, they don’t stick to their appointments, so don’t bother. I won’t be going back to her because she always made me feel bad. I never felt like a wanted customer, so no more. Does anyone know of a nice, CLEAN, place where one can have a pleasant experience?Service: Acrylic nails
