Branch on Waddell and Reems. I have never dealt with more friendly and helpful people. Whenever i walk in, someone always says hello. They couldn't be more helpful. They have taken care of all my banking concerns. They deserve 10 stars. And, they have good coffee

Certainly puts “mid” in MidFirst.
Nothing but problems from the start. Closing my accounts was the easiest thing to do. The HYSA rate was nice though.
Opening an account took over two and a half hours with so many mistakes happening by the system and staff.
It was a whole ordeal of a process trying to set up a credit card even with a very good credit score. They had pulled up a weird credit report with undoubtedly incorrect information, which caused me to run several credit reports myself to verify.
I had to call and visit the location several times to get any updates on what is happening with my money.
I would not have gotten the $200 promo for opening the checking account if I didn’t remind them once again.
There was a lot of “checking with the back” to get anything right.
The online banking both on the mobile app and website was just so broken for a large bank like MidFirst.
The app features are very limited on what you can do, Face ID was broken for a while, it wouldn’t let me send the verification code to my own phone number for some reason, there’s no balance listed after each transaction, no option to transfer funds besides using Zelle, as well as zero communication as to why something went wrong.
I guess online banking is secure because it wouldn’t let anyone else, including the account owner, do anything but funnel money in.

The location on Waddell and Reems is the best location in the state. The Managers,Bankers and Tellers are fantastic. All you need to do is walk in and you will immediately know you in the midst of excellence. They are the best!!!

I enjoyed coming to this bank until I went to open an IRA CD, Holly stated she couldn't do it and I needed to wait to meet with a retirement specialist. That appointment wouldn't be available for another two weeks when I waited a week already for the original appointment, headed over to the cotton location and it was taken care of sameday. From information provided to me from a friend in the banking world it seemed like Holly wanted a kick back on the transition instead of assisting a customer. If it wasn't for the cotton location this bank would of lost me as a customer.

Made a CASH deposit on 12/24 cash wasn’t in my account until 12/27 because their ATMs don’t put cash into your account until next business day. Put a check in the ATM and was told I would have funds available next business day did that happen? You guessed it it sure didn’t. It was placed under a “fraud” hold. Holly the manager then said she would have the funds released. She couldn’t do that but you’d think she’d follow up and call me back to let me know. Nope no follow up to let me know she couldn’t do it. So if you enjoy having access to your money immediately after you put it into an ATM for idk bill pay or online purchases I would advise you to to another bank because this bank will hold your money because their ATM technology “isn’t up to date” oh btw if you go into a teller you do get access to your money immediately however all the tellers move slower than any other bank around.

Made an appointment for Saturday lobby was filling up with customers we were never approached to appreciate the waiting. When someone finally came out, no one asked about appointments. What is the purpose of making appointments? I waited 30 min with an appointment and was skipped by a walk-in the associated knew. If I didn’t have to set up my business acct here I wouldn’t. Thankfully you have Deannah she is the reason I will comeback and I don’t mind waiting for her availability she has a great attitude and professionalism.

I went to at least six banks in a single afternoon that could/would not help me.From the moment I heard that angel answer the phone, I knew I was in good hands. The MidFirst Bank team was excellent. I have never been greeted with so many smiles and great personalities. They had me in an office immediately after I walked in the door and solved my problems within the hour. I was also given a bottle of water to keep me hydrated. Wow, what a caring team.

The tellers seem to be really chatty with each other having a good old time while ignoring customers and can't be bothered. Not customer friendly.
