“I was so glad I disregarded other "reviews" and worked with this amazing team to get my CPAP equipment! Everyone in the building was a busy bee, but all tried to help. Colleen was non-stop on the phone and her fingers working away on the keyboard, John was such a friendly face when I came in, Chad put me at ease, Steve made sure my doctor's office sent what was needed for my orders and there were other gentleman coming in and out from the back who were polite and all made sure I was being helped when I came in for my appointment. I think the only thing that could have made it better is if they had a little more help, everyone looked super busy and well... more hands makes work easier!”

“Picked up my new ResMed CPAP machine at the Sun City location and was shown all equipment that I was familiar with. The rep I worked with was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I donated my old unit to the agency for someone in need. It was a positive experience and all previous settings were loaded correctly on to my new unit. I am extremely pleased with Valley Respiratory and the care they give me faithfully with regular replacements made often.”

They asked several questions about the likely usage, then made a recommendation for their lowest priced rental option. It turned out to be more than satisfactory in every way - and at a very reasonable cost, literally 40% of what I’ve paid in Detroit and Branson in the last few years! I’m hoping to return to Phoenix for future Spring Training and I will definitely uses Copper Star when I do!”
