Rudest staff. Said they couldn’t make 2 pies but then said that it would be a 15 minute wait then a 13 wait. THEN took it back because the mangers didn’t want customers supposedly waiting long. Like what does that even mean lmao. THEN changed it to 20 minutes for us to say no. Just pick a lie and stick with it, if ur lazy then say that!!!

Waited 30 minutes for a supposedly 2-5 minute order which was literally only 2 cheeseburgers.

They got my food order wrong when I told 3 different times what I wanted. Then the lady who brought me my food (drive through) had an negative attitude when I told her the order was wrong. She insisted it was. When I got home my order was wrong. I called the store the manager remembered me and apologized for mix up and offered to give me a new meal free when I come back. Not sure I want to come back. This store and experience gave me a bad taste for McDonald's.

service is soo slow even sometimes when barely anyone is in the drive through or inside? makes no sense why i waited 30 minutes for a pie , only reason i barely noticed was because i ordered it while eating inside, many times the food is wrong as well, only reason I go is because it’s closer and play area is nice.Some of the staff will ignore you as well a few are helpful though and ice machine is always out

Service gets 5 stars even though our food took forever. Everyone we interacted with were nice and apologizetic. Big Mac had way too much sauce but I'll blame that on the rush.Kid-friendliness: The play area is always clean and not too busy when I come.

Always check your order before you leave. They frequently forget items. Also, plan on waiting even if the drive thru is empty. They push people thru the drive thru to keep their time down, but leave you waiting out front for 10+
