Kim was working alone at the time of my appointment, handing front desk and blood draw, etc. all the while with a great attitude!She was professional, efficient and pleasant.Thanks Kim for a great experience!1:30pm. 1/19/2024

The staff was very polite. However, I waited over 30 minutes to get my testing done, making me late getting back to work. They claimed they were short-staffed. Labcorp's failure to plan ahead should not create an issue for their patients. They failed to provide enough instruction about pre-testing for one of my tests, and that I was not supposed to have any water to drink for at least an hour prior to my test. As a result, they wanted me to wait even longer to get the test done, and I declined getting that test done. I will not go back to this facility again.

I tried to call them each day for two weeks. It was impossible to get anyone to answer. I checked the frequently asked questions on their website and tried to make an appointment, but I needed to wait until November, which I could not do. The question and answer wasDo I need an appointment, or can I walk in for testing at a Labcorp location?While appointments are encouraged, they are not required. Walk-ins are welcome. Go to your nearest Labcorp location at your convenience.I went without our appointment, and there was a negative attitude toward us. The phlebotomist let me wait and let people go first before me, who came after with an appointment for a later time. Very rude and unprofessional. She kept saying we needed an appointment but would not listen to what I was trying to say. Lab Corp and staff need to get together and make up their mind. We do not need this negative attitude and sour situation to get lab work. All this was completely unnecessary.Being kind does not cost anything.

They do not answer the phone. The appointments are two months out and the website instructs to go walk-in. Once you show up, they insist on you having to make an appointment!?! Not a welcoming business model.

The staff was rude didn’t help my elderly grandmother check in she wasn’t even able to get her blood work done because they wouldn’t help her to check in after several times asking the staff for help they didn’t and she missed her appointment and had to leave. 0 stars and then some from me

There 2 times 1st time computers where down no big deal waiting room was full waited then people that got here after me was getting drawn leaving 2 people left in waiting area after room cleared 2 times went front desk crossed my name off excuse was I took over for someone else still took the other person before me waited2 hours only one person drawing blood. This time took hour hour 15 min only one person drawing blood

Worst service ever. Was told at 9:30 they were ready to see me. I’ve now been waiting an hour and still haven’t been called in for my blood draw. Ridiculous!!! Never coming here again.

Some of the help can be angry and takes it out on the patients. I have gone there monthly for a uPSA for about 2 years. There staff is generally nice and they do the blood test as well as anyone. This last time the staff member in question would not tell be the test she was doing and for asking she moved the needle a tiny bit back and forth with the blood draw making it more painful. I thought what a child, smiled, completed the draw and left. My advise is go to another location, labcorp staff are absolutely the best at blood draw so all the other office done have this issue

Carrie Jalyn Needs to reconsider her job, very RUDE. This office needs to find someone nice to represent the front office and greet the patients nicely when they walk in. Other than that no problem with other staff!

Worst experience I ever had. I had to get my lab done between 8-9 am and since I didn’t have insurance I paid lab corp ahead. This location was 25 min away from my house but the only one that had that time slot before 9am open so I got an appointment online. My appointment was 8.45 got there at 8.30 and there were at least 15 people were waiting. The front lady said they are short staff which I totally understand but they were taking non appointments before appointments. I had to drive so far and drag my 4 year old along to get that time slot. The front girl named ( CJ) lied into my face that she is not taking non appointments before appointment ones but the moment the lady that didn’t have an appointment complained that she was waiting for an hour she took her. Excuse me? It’s not like that I didn’t wait for an hour and half with a little child and drove 25 m to get this place. Very very rude staff specially CJ! Now I hope my lab that was taken after 9am was ok. If I knew it’s ok to take my lab after 9 I would have drove to different location closer to me. Don’t go here they are rude and unprofessional and wait time is for ever. They don’t even help anyone that have questions. Zero star!

This location in Sun city west, is the worst LabCorp I been to. I been waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes. TheWaiting area is full no chairs, people are standing. This is really sad.

I got this appointment at 8.45am because my doctor told me it had be done between 8-9. So I drove 25m with my 4 yr old to this location because they were the only one had the time slot open. The girl named CJ was taking non appointments before appointment ones. I waited over an hour and she was very rude and lied on my face while took 5 people without an appointment before me. They finally called me at 9.50. If you guys don't honor appointments then why make one??? I could have done this closer to my house and didn't have to take my 4yr along! I will take my business to Sonora quest that is appointments only! I don't have insurance and I paid 450 dollars out of pocket day before my appointment. You lost a paying customer!!! Shame on you guys. Also location is not clean. There were blood on the floor in the room they took me. The girl didn't even sanitize the arm rest , I blow the crap of it! They also never checked my ID to make sure they have the right person. Very unprofessional. Don't go here. They all need to get fired! Zero star from me.

TWO WEEKS and still the results are not posted on my patient portal nor were they sent to my physician. Never again will I use Labcorp for lab work. It is impossible to speak to a representative; I’ve been disconnected twice.
