So after reading all the reviews here that people have posted over the past 6 years to present, I noticed a huge lack of response from LabCorp on any of the negative interactions people are having over and over again at this location. With the same experience from so many people over 6 years and posting about what they went through at this location, trying to bring it to the attention of LabCorp corporation and yet no effort nor any changes have been made to improve these issues since you can read for yourself the comments people left going back 6 years till present day. Leaves me shaking my head in disbelief that any company would allow this kind of rude behavior to continue from their staff and not actually look into what's going on at this location besides an auto replay from whatever monitors in this account. I would start off with why the phone is never answered here and give an explanation and post it on your website for this location.

They never answer the phone no matter what time in the day. My doctor still haven't received any lab results and also can't get ahold of them. They need to answer the phone.

Ok. So, appointments are out 1 week at least. You CAN pay for someone to come to you, they advertise $35 but it's not. Scam. And then when you have to "walk in" because you need lab results sooner than 1-2 weeks (with an appointment) it takes 2+ hours. I won't fault the staff. While the front desk folks aren't the kindest I've ever met, they're clearly over worked and under paid. And tired of getting yelled at because the company won't properly staff the locations. And people are looking for work, so it's not for lack of workforce. The techs are great. My 1 star review is for Lab Corp as a conpany. Do better. Take better care of your staff and patients. If I rated the staff, they'd be 4 stars. Which is reasonable. It's just wild that they don't staff these places better. I'm 8 months pregnant, needing labs stat, and there wasn't anywhere to sit. 2 hours, standing, because it was packed. And let's be honest, people aren't too keen on giving up their seats for anyone. So I stood. Waiting. I'm so annoyed.

The wait without an appointment is ridiculous. When I arrived they said 1 to 1 1/2 hours it’s been 3 hours and I’m still waiting! The place has been packed the whole time. I wish I would’ve been told the truth about the wait time I would’ve left.

Had an appointment, checked in early and waited about 10 mins after scheduled appointment...no big deal. What upset me was there was an elderly gentleman that obviously needed assistance and the gal at the counter told him he needed to check in at the kiosk around the corner. I happened to be sitting next to the kiosk so I offered the confused gentleman some assistance, he was very grateful. Shame on the employee for not getting off her butt and assisting him!

Quick and efficient. Walk in no appointment! Done in a flash with easy to use kiosk and friendly responsive staff at front desk as well as easy draw.

Went there and they said no drug testing (for my new job) after 2pm. So, I went back at 7:30am and they said no drug testing until after 9am! Nowhere on Google or Labcorps website specifies this. Why do you think you have the right to deny me service and sabotage my chance of employment? I live over 20 minutes away and gas isn't cheap! As well as other obligations I now have to reschedule.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE WITH A FULL BLADDER! I was told my wait would be 40 to 45 minutes, that was 90 minuteS ago and I’m STiLL waiting! The front end staff couldn’t care LESS! Customer service is nonexistent! Have your employer/new employer agree to pay you to take time out of your life to sit around wi th a full bladder. I cannot get this time added back to my LIFE!
I am calling headquarters because this is ??‼️

It's horrible here the waits are way too long everybody is rude and inconsiderate and even the patients are as well. I hate coming here with a passion they really need to do something about the customer service and also about the attitudes that the employees give. I would rather spend money over at Sonora Quest.

Super fast and easy service. If people would make an appointment and check in online, they would have no complaints. I waited in my car for 5 minutes after check in and received a text they were ready for me. I was literally in the office for 5 minutes, start to finish. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'm sure that if you don't abuse them, they won't annoy you.
