While this place is extremely busy, the staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. The person drawing my blood was quick and made it painless. Don't be daunted by the number awaiting service- your wait won't be long. Thanks, folks!

if you can't provide parking within 200 feet of a business, you don't care about your customers. avoid this place like the plague. if you have to go to this location, get there before they open, because the employees get all the available parking. if your physician insists on Labcorp, which he or she shouldn't, go to the one in Sun City West. even though it has less than stellar parking as well. Labcorp must intentionally go out of their way to find locations with inadequate parking, or they rent very cheaply because of lack of access. this is the first negative post I've ever made on Yelp, previously all my posts have been positive.

Come early and avoid waiting. They move pretty fast either way. Staff is always friendly. Check in at one of the 2 kiosks. If you have any issues the gals behind the desk will come out and help you navigate. If you are dropping off test kits you must also check in at the kiosk. Make sure if your doctor orders labs over the phone that you swing by and pick thr paperwork to go with your testing. I really think pediatric needles being in stock should be a mandatory thing! They were out when our girls went to go for their blood work. They did a great job. All our results were great. They always do such a good job taking blood.

I came in as a walk in appointment like 95% of the people who were also there. All they needed from me was a urine sample, yet they made me wait an hour. At least 15 people who came in after me were helped first (also walk-ins). When I said something, the lady at the desk couldn't give me a straight answer about why I wasn't being helped or how long it would be. The only answer I got was "bloodwork is a priority" my time is a priority too and I expect to be assisted before the other 15 people who came in AFTER me.

My dr sent my orders here so I was forced to go back only to find out they had sent me to collections AGAIN when I have 2 insurances and shouldn't have to pay a dime. I called the billing office and they assured me they would take care of it but as soon as I walked in Labcorp, they made me pay $100 just to have my blood work done. This place is an organized, unprofessional and the woman who drew my blood, went through my van on my right arm, was shaking. The entire time went to my left arm and left me with the largest bruise I've ever had after a blood draw.

This place is horrible. The wait! Never a seat available. Get ready to stand. I had a appointment at 12:45. Showed up 15 mins early. And still waited a hour and a half. 2/2/23 the employee running front desk seems like she is having a long bad day and is being rude to incoming patients. On top of it got blood work done and then they told me they don't take my insurance. That it's okay I will just be billed. Online check in sucks because you can only check one lab when needing multiple. Just run!

My appointment was for 10:30 but I realized I left my paperwork at home and had to go back. I tried to call but got sent to voicemail. I decided to go anyway but, being new to the area, I think took a longer route than necessary. When I got there at 10:45, every seat was taken and a few people were standing. I walked up to the desk and asked if I would have to wait or if I should book a new appointment. I was told it was no problem and they called me back within a few minutes. The phlebotomist was very kind when I explained what had happened and I didn't even feel a single pinch. Will definitely go back in the future.

I've been using this location for years because it's conveniently located by Adelante. The people working here are always helpful and quick. It's easy signing in using the kiosks. For something that I dread doing, getting my blood drawn, it's really never that bad. I appreciate having this location as an option.

Unfortunately my brother is required to have blood drawn every week, he goes to the Surprise Lab Corp on Bell. More unfortunate is the ordeal of speaking with staff that need training in customer service and their own office SOP's. Train your staff at all levels, starting with a smile and being able to assist the client even if it means looking further than what they can read from the screen in front of their face. Act like they care when they can't find the information regarding the client instead of their "oh well" attitude. The phlebotomists that can do a one time stick are few, especially if the client has difficult veins to find and use. I'd only give one and a half stars if I could. Should have just given one now that I think about it. Go to another Lab Corp even if you need to go a little further.

Pretty easy to make the appointment online. Once you arrive you can check in at a kiosk. Front office staff not so friendly, but once called back I had a pleasant experience which made the experience so much better. I hate getting blood drawn, but it was painless and the conversation made it so much better.

Efficient but customer service was lacking. Not only did they ignore questions I asked but there was a deaf man in the waiting area that they didn't notice that was deaf until they walked away from him twice after talking to him. The receptionist tried talking to him from across the lobby with no success so then she walked over to him. He saw her took out his paperwork to give to her but before he could she closed the door and went back to her seat where she waited. When he didn't come she told the other woman to get him. Again she didn't recognize he was deaf and closed the door on him before he could hand her the paperwork. Finally, I tried to sign to him and he did not know sign language but I was able to get him to go to the desk.
