This Kohls location is terrible. The store itself is a disaster but today on my visit The 2 employees I encountered(one of them was the cashier) were rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. Had a terrible attitude and acted like they hated their job. The first employee finished helping a customer before me but acted busy until the other girl was done ringing up her customer and I was told by her that I "could just go down there." Then the cashier that actually rang me out told me that the shoes I purchased were buy one get one 50% off when I replied "No, thank you she rolled her eyes". I will never visit this location again.

No shade to staff it has to do with Kohl's it feels like a warehouse inside the prices are too high and i don't know who is purchasing their clothes but its all so plain not enough variety with styles. I usually only go for Amazon returns only. Sorry 😞

Easy place to shop. They sell quality cosmetics @ Sephora. Clothing is reasonable priced. Returns or exchanging an item is smooth easy. Don’t forget all the KOHLS CASH! Sales are always happening! The employees are helpful and kind.

Finally came to this Kohls for the first time. It’s not my usual since it’s not really near me but they had the pots and pans set I wanted so I did a order pick up. Even though this location is smaller, they had a large variety of things. The staff was helpful at the pickup/check out counter.

My daughter-in-law and I visited this store today and it was the biggest disappointment I have encounter with Kohl’s. What a mess we felt like we were in the local Goodwill store. I will not return.
The store was not organized, it looked like they moved some cloth racks in and left them all over the place, the merchandise was very low class, not any better than Ross, Marshall’s or TJMax.
Not to worry I will not be back.

What a haphazard of a mess! Went in today for women's active wear, the lack of variety and selection was so poor and also everything was mixed brand wise on the racks. More of a clearance place than an actual organized store with many selections. Do not waste your time on this location...go straight to the Bell Road location where the choice and selection is more organized and easier to find what you are looking for!

The Kohl's on Bell is way better. The reviews for this location have been transferred over from another location (hasn't been open for a 1 year yet)
This new location has a TJ Maxx warehouse or Goodwill feel. It's like the store isn't finished or something. The clothes look used and they don't seem to carry all the Kohl's brands. Almost like they're only carrying items other stores couldn't sale. Maybe this location is still in development?
