My car needed a battery and I gave Joe's a call. Without hesitation they were able to fit me in that same day, without an appointment, to take care of the new battery installation. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, making sure I got the right battery for my particular car (a hybrid). It takes a bit longer to change out this battery, as it is located inside of the trunk of the car! No issue for the team at Joe's. Job well done and I got my car back the same day. I highly recommend them for any service your vehicle may need.

We took my wife's 1998 Mercedes-Benz C230 to Joe's Auto in Surprise. From the first phone call, I knew that this was the place to have our two cars serviced from now on, as they are both out of warranty. The man you will be dealing with is Mark, and he is the front man, answering ALL phone calls, and very professionally I might add. Th car needed a couple minor repairs in addition to an alignment of all 4 new tires. Everything was done to our complete satisfaction, for the price and timeline quoted to us by Mark. Had we used a dealer for this brand, we would have paid twice the amount. All I can say is that we will use Joe's Auto for any and all repair jobs in the future. Thank you Mark !

Called Joe’s Auto today because I was servicing my own air conditioning unit in my Toyota Prius and got stumped in the process. Mark the manager there, was really nice and talked to me on the phone for about 5 minutes. He walked me through the possible solutions to the issues I was facing and left me with some very helpful tips. I was able to figure out what the problem was with my air conditioner right after hanging up the phone with him. I always appreciate people taking them time out of their day to help someone out, especially a mechanic. He could have easily brushed me off and told me to bring my car in so he could charge me an arm and a leg, but he didn’t. Thanks a lot Mark, I appreciate your help!

I tried out Joe's Auto after being ripped off in labor fees from another auto shop. I choose them due to the high ratings I read about. I dealt with Mark who was very courteous and helped me with my auto warranty to get the work done on my SUV. My vehicle had to be left for 2 days but was done as promised. The guys are friendly, and I will be using them from now on with my car repairs. I felt very comfortable with them.

The AC in my 2017 Hyundai Accent has been out for a few months and figured it was time ti get it looked at. I called and got a same day appointment. It was taken back right away and found out that it needed a new compressor. Not really the news we wanted to hear and even quickly contemplated trying to do it ourselves since my husband it pretty handy. A quick search on Amazon for a part check then over to You Tube proved we would be in over our heads. Mark gave us our quote and we decided to leave the car there for the professionals to do their thing. Less than 24 hours later my car was ready and the final total was less than originally quoted! How often does that happen?! Thank you for your excellent service and know you have a customer for life!

We needed our 2016 Audi A3 fixed and they beat every estimate I got, offered warranty on what was fixed and were very fast and responsive. Good customer service and we’re open and honest. Highly recommend.
