We just had our door installed. Absolutely fantastic! The gentleman that installed our door was very nice. He suggested a spot for the install, as the spot we chose was not ideal. He was very thorough and clean. Love the color selection as well. We chose gray for our interior and black for exterior. The quality of the door is great, nice and heavy. We’re doing a fully enclosed outdoor area and a fully enclosed Indoor area with the door in between. Allowing our pup safe access to come and go, without any danger. This door is just perfect.

Had a large doggy door installed through my adobe brick wall today. Installer was done in under 2 hours and cleaned up well after the job. Thanks to JGM for their high quality pet doors, phenomenal prices, and overall professionalism.

Perfect solution to keep cats in and let dogs out! I put it off far too long, but Eric and Greg talked to me about adding magnets to the flaps. Steve was very helpful during installation, showing me how it all would work. My doodles are strong and still growing, so they have no problem with the dog door. Cats have batted a time or two and gave right up. I highly recommend sharing your goals and letting this team find your solution just like they found ours.

Was referred to this company by Gilbert Glass as they didn't offer an in glass pet door. I asked if they knew anybody who did and they said that multiple employees have used JGM and that is who they recommend so I gave them a call.
Super smooth quote inquiry online with a quick follow up call to schedule the appointment. They went over the cost for an in-glass door option but the price is astronomical. I had concerns with an in-wall option as the only couple places I could have it installed there was a lot of electrical both inside and outside to deal with. The man on the phone stated that it shouldn't be an issues and that they don't charge extra to move wires if needed so I scheduled the install.
They give you a range of colors to choose from but I stuck with the white/white option. JGM makes these doors in house and they have thought of everything. They are double flapped with 5 sets of magnets per door. They have a built in locking mechanism and the stopped is pretty robust and well built.
Steve (?) showed up on time and we went over the install location. He went to work and took his time to make sure he made a clean cut, picked up after himself along the way, and explained the operation and warranty I could expect.
*** note, there is definitely an off gassing odor of the plastic door for a few days, especially if it is warm outside but I suspect it to go away pretty quickly.
Overall very happy with install and professionalism from JGM.

It must be over 10 years since I had them install my pet door. When I moved a few years back they removed the door and patched the wall, then installed the door in my new home. I just now contacted them to buy new flaps for my door. These guys are top notch, always exceeding my expectations. Don't bother looking around.. go with JGM!

JGM is absolutely the best doggie door I have ever had. It has held up good for 4 years now and the flaps are still good and the magnets hold up great. I would highly recommend them for your doggie door. Greg the owner is absolutely amazing, he is particular on the customer needs and what they want. His worker Eric also amazing and has been out to my house three times to make sure the measurements of a custom ramp Greg is building for me is exactly what I want. The professnalism and attention to detail is off the charts amazing. I appreciate the time and effort they have showed me for my custom ramp I need for my older dog, cause she has arthritis in her leg and Greg made sure the measurements were perfect and even measured the dogs to make sure everything was right. You won't regret using JGM Pet Doors I promise. ?

Definitely recommend, would use them again.Used these guys back in March 202 and waited until September to write the review to see of any issues came up.I insisted on the extra magnets (we have cats and I didn't want them to get out), my dog refused to use the door unless I held the flaps open.I called and they came out and removed the extra magnets at no charge as it was under warranty.The flaps do not leak air, I was concerned they might.The customer service is excellent, the installer brought out two different colors for us to look at. I'm glad they did, I would have chosen the wrong color.They are helpful, polite and know what they are doing.

Excellent company and product.For installation I got a time window between 8-10. I called in the day of installation to follow up and found out there had been a mistake with my scheduling for installation that day. To accommodate the scheduling issue a manger had come out for the installation.He was very professional, a good guy to chat with and performed his job very well. My job had minor electrical in the way and it was able to be rerouted for perfect placement of the door for our needs. The installation was fairly fast, being our first doggie door much faster than I thought it would take.The door i got looks great and sealed to be as weatherproof as possible and has measures in place for drainage in the case of water does enter, it has double flaps with magnets. It has outdoor rated carpet inside and is sealed along the outside for protection.It took about 15 minutes to get the dog trained to use the door and they give you some training instructions at the end.I would highly recommend them and would use them again if I needed another doggie door.
