Count your meds! I noticed my 90day supply med was looking much lower than it should be and it turns out I was missing 18 pills. I went to pick up 2 other scripts and tell them about the issue, apparently they have a machine that dispenses the pills. Well I got home and counted and sure enough, one script was 1 pill short while the other had 7 extra pills! That's crazy, their machine obviously needs to be recalibrated because having this many short or extra is not good. I can only imagine if the extras that I got being taken away from someone else's script, I shouldn't have to count my medications but unfortunately I will be from now on even tho it's very inconvenient. Please guys fix your machine

This pharmacy is awful like 0 stars!!! The reviews are honest the staff is beyond rude like how they even get away with how they treat people is beyond me but that’s probably why they have a 2.2 rating…. Constant issues with trying to get prescriptions & literally no willingness to want to help. They can’t keep staff which they have “floating pharmacy people” which if you have the pleasure of meeting this person he is beyond rude and looks like he hates his job. Needless to say I’m glad I do not have to deal with this pharmacy anymore and the reviews weren’t wrong this pharmacy is the literal worst!!!!

When an assistant Manager challenges you to a fight after her shift because you pointed out the display 3 times explaining the price was continuously wrong you know the level of employees is definitely reflected in their pay... I literally looked into positions at this location thinking applying years of customer service could help... this mess of a store is a direct result of inflated salaries at the corporate level and not true structure for advancement... #CashMeOutSide

Rude , & they are not trustworthy they talk down to you, and should be investigated. Most of the time they don't even order the medications..

I went to the pharmacy today to pick up my prescription. I am recovering from surgery and it’s hard for me to walk around yet I needed just a few things and my medication. I had 5 items and when I got to the counter I asked the pharmacy tech if she could ring up my few things. She said “ I would prefer if you went up front” this is after I watched her ring up the man before me with another “non pharmacy” item. She walks away and I hear her say under her breath “I’m not a cashier” in an unpleasant tone. Clearly audible enough for me to hear. The pharmacist was standing next to her when she said this but didn’t do anything. This tech was a little heavy set with very short blonde hair. I didn’t catch her name but this made me very upset to be talked about blatantly in front of me. If she took one look she could see that my leg was in a huge brace and that I was struggling to walk. Very poor customer service.

Pharmacy staff is awful. They are rude and always seem unwilling to help. They refused to fill scripts and then said they transferred to another Frys, which they did not. They in fact called the Doctors office and said do not send any scripts to this office. They gave me the run around for a week and I could not get my prescriptions. They are affecting someones health by delaying this. If you are this miserable at your job, find a new one! Lots of places are hiring! Jerks!

THE MOST BASIC BOTTOM OF THE BARREL PLACE IN SURPRISE If it weren't directly across the street from my house, I would never have come to this godforsaken store. And after today I absolutely will not.First, it started on Christmas eve. I am grocery shopping and looking for the final ingredients for my dishes, and this asshole refuses to sell me the last lobster tail that I am looking at in the freezer because he said his boss said close up and don't sell any more food. Who does that? To top it off, I am saying sir it's literally your last lobster tail. I will pay you more for it if you will just sell it to me. Nope can't, my boss said no I can't sell anymore stuff. Mind you he didn't go ask his boss "hey, can I make this one exception and sell LITERALLY the last and only item we have in stock to this lady who's willing to pay a premium?" Nope, God forbid he do that because exerting a little customer service might make his head explode. So of course I go across the street to Safeway who was shutting down soon as well and wouldnt you know not only did they not have what I needed but the butchercalled a different store asked them to hold it until I got there which they did and included a discount! Every time I go in this store I get irritable but today takes the cake. So, as most people know. Fry's is a part of a a larger organization called Kroger. I am from Seattle. Kroger's are all over the place so I go to Kroger all the time in fact, Kroger is the place where I shop for all my groceries when I lived in Seattle. So one would think I'd be familiar with how they accept payments. Let's fast forward to today I do my grocery shopping there wasn't a whole lot of groceries to get thankfully. I go to pay for it cashier is young and friendly, (glimmer of hope) and I put my debit card in and try to use it as credit as I do, even at this store, just did it last month and I don't know maybe a million times before. For some reason the machine is not working, not a denial, just nothing. I intentionally have no PIN that I know for security reasons and I forget! The cashier says it should be working so let me call my manager. So we call him.over. He does exactly the same thing the cashier does does and says you need to put your PIN. No shit Sherlock, I don't have a PIN, I want to pay with credit, I do it all the time and he goes, I know but it's not working so youll have to use PIN or use another form of payment. I'm like no I don't because one 1 I don't know my PIN, 2 I never use my PIN. He shrugs his shoulders. So, I'm said there's no other way for me to run this so that I don't have to use my PIN, nope you got to use your PIN or are you just gonna have to not get it. OK I'm not gonna get it so walk away leave the cart exactly where I left it. Why is this so hard? Why is customer service so difficult? Why couldn't you just say something like oh well let's go to another machine to see if that works on that and then maybe I would understans if that didn't work. OK this is the second machine it doesn't look like it's working. Is there any other form of payment you have? That would've been a more appropriate question but know this dunce doesn't want to solve any problems. He just wants me to use a PIN that I don't fucking half and should not be required to have if credit is an option! This this is an encapsulation of pretty much every interaction I always have at Fry's in Surprise. There's always something, That sad part is everyone in this place is just like him. No customer delight, support, or any basic problem-solving skills.Update: went across the street to Safeway, and tapped my card on the machine with no issue. They win.

This location is always busy. Always. Seriously, it doesn't matter if it is 6AM or 11PM. Including the self checkouts. I prefer a checkout lane with customer service because I really like using people for their jobs. They're necessary & truly can make the difference as to whether I continue to frequent a business or not. But, because of how backed up they become, I have little patience & end up using self checkout. Because of how busy it is, it's not always easy to find what you need. But, I will say I was thrilled when I found Duke's Mayo here. It has zero sugar in it & is actually tasty. I know inflation, along w/supply & demand, but is it really necessary for heavy whipping cream or Chuck roast to be so expensive?? While I loathe the cost of heavy cream, I do love the store brand & since I use it so often, I will have to keep paying the price. One other product I buy fairly regularly is bacon. I was sad to purchase the 3lb bacon & found it to be tasteless. I don't know how that happens, tasteless bacon. Be prepared to wait or be disappointed. Grocery shopping is a necessity through, so go with the one that causes less stress.

I've tried to work with this pharmacy for months but they are by far the worst, possibly in the entire state. Will give you partial scripts of life saving medication for a child and then tell you they gave you the full amount. Will say your prescription is ready when it isn't. Will give you the wrong size medication with a warning on the bottle that it's a different size pill than your usual, then lie to your face that you've always gotten that size medication. Makes me wonder if they are always short staffed because no professional wants their name associated with this location.

I have had enough with the pharmacy! The staff have been consistently rude since Covid. 9 times out of 10 they send a message saying prescriptions are ready and then when I show up they are not. I called and gave new insurance information to then receive a call saying the insurance was denied. Apparently the person that I gave all my information to didn’t actually take the information. Rude, incapable nah I’m moving on
