If you're Hispanic, do not go to this place I usually go to this place all the time but after this last time, I went now I kind of think about it. I go to this place and I'm gonna check out. There's a guy telling me to get out of the self check out because I have a shirt with a tag I say OK I understand I go get checked out by a person and on my way out. The guy starts to say yay with sarcasm laughing and making beeping noises as I'm exiting the building because he's supposedly pretending that I'm stealing not gonna say it's because I'm Mexican but I really think it's because I was Mexican. He was being like that towards me.

This location is not customer friendly. I live across the street from this location and I really hate shopping here. The isles are congested with employees shopping for on line orders. They are always in the way it's not the employees fault that's what their suppose to do so, it's up to management to make it more practical for the employee and unless inconvenient for the customer.

I would recommend not purchasing gift cards from this location. I bought a $100 Target gift card for a family member and when they went use it, it had a zero balance. I called Fry's and spoke to a manager and she said that they are aware of the issue and didn't know what was causing it. I went into the store requesting a refund or a new gift card as I had a receipt. They wouldn't help me but gave me a corporate number advising they would refund or replace the card. The person I spoke to at this number said I had to call Target. I called Target and now they've opened a "case" to look into it all the while so far I'm out $100.

You guys have to get rid of the old dude who works mornings sal, I can look past the part that he’s slow but he doesn’t even pay attention because he’s always too busy talking to the person behind him or walking away when he sees a packed line. And this is early morning we all have places to be. He is really rude as well never greets you or says have a good day. Why you would put him at the business time is beyond me

Clean store and friendly staff, but they are ALWAYS out of paper bags--my last 3 visits over a two-week period have resulted in cashiers and baggers all telling me this. Other Fry's stores nearby do not seem to have this problem nearly as often, so what is wrong with this location? Today, I bought about a dozen items and they were packed into EIGHT plastic bags when just TWO paper bags would have worked nicely.

First off I would like everyone to know that I am an I.T. professional. I deal with malware, virus and information theft issues on regular basis. The one thing that helps protect people from attacks is VPN (Virtual Private Network) I am sure that the majority of you have seen the Nord VPN commercials. Well there are several companies that are advertising their VPN products. The cost for this service is usually less than $60 per year. What does this do for you, well it encrypts your information in and out. This makes it very hard for scammers to get your information. Now for the review. I have been getting my prescriptions from Fry's pharmacy. I have had VPN for years. I always use it when I am conducting transactions with personal or banking information. Well Fry's has elected to bar VPN use. Fry's is owned by Kroger. I called Kroger corporate to see what they would do about this. They told me that they do not allow VPN use for any of their stores. I said, don't you realize all the scams that are happening globally and the best way to protect yourself is with VPN. They said that they would bring this issue to the powers that be. Just to let you know banks and other institutions that do financial transactions are allowing VPN into their sites. They have realized that this is protection for their customers. Fry's/Kroger has not come to this conclusion yet. My advice would be for people to stop using Kroger/Fry's stores for any online transactions. The more people that call them to let them know this the faster they will change their policy and allow VPN. Just so you know Kroger Co.'s family of store banners includes Kroger, Ralphs, Dillons, Smith's, King Soopers, Fry's, QFC, City Market, Owen's, Jay C, Pay Less, Baker's, Gerbes, Harris Teeter, Pick N' Save, Metro Market, Mariano's, Fred Meyer, Food 4 Less and Foods Co. So, if you login to any of these stores and have VPN running on your computer, you probably noticed that you can't get into the site unless you disable VPN.

The folks in the pharmacy are over worked, under staffed and mostly under appreciated. The pharmacy manager, Athena and her employees go above and beyond in helping all of us as much as they can. Thank you!

I have been really pleased with the cleanliness of this store every time I've visited. There is one Cashier, Carren, who was so polite, and professional, and was helpful in reminding me to use my Fry's reward card as well as giving me a senior discount on 99% of my groceries. She treated me like family. You really don't get that kind of service every day, especially from those who only wish to earn a check. I didn't get the bagger's name, but she was just as friendly.

Save yourself the hassle and don't ask Chris for help!! She is very unkind and unwilling to help... I'm not sure why she has a customer service job if she isn't willing to be of service to a customer; especially one who is a polite repeat customer. There are employees here that are always kind and willing to help out (considering that's what they're there for) and this makes for a pleasant shopping experience. However, being met with "You can go to another line because I'm not doing it." is off putting and doesn't make a shopper want to return.. hopefully Chris perks up soon!

A very nice employee by the name of Veronica loaded my 40 pack of Fry's H20 onto my car. When Veronica realized a bottle was leaking she took the pack out and went into the store to exchange and bring back a new pallet. Thank you Veronica!
